  1. Always a shame to see them in that state and I feel sorry for the new owner too after spending out and a few days later for that to happen.
  2. They don't seem too good at promoting there product if they are still producing it. I dont know of a website for them, nor any places that sell the stuff!
  3. It was probably sold as some dodgy scam on ebay, lol!
  4. I've used them in the past I think, but all the bits come from different scrap yards so it’s hard to say how good the service will be, plus it’s a used starter so you don’t know how much life it will have left. Have you got a price for a new one, and a price for reconditioning? If you’re really, really desperate to get to work cant you hit the starter motor with a hammer/block of wood a few times to get you going? I know I had to do this on a carina e once whilst I was waiting for a new one, although I used to jump start it most of the time, great fun!
  5. Missed this yesterday, hope you had a good birthday!
  6. Wow they are good pictures for a phone!
  7. That toucan is a good price! I'm paying about £22 for 1mb with pipex although for some reason when I connect it shows as 2.2mbps? I don’t like to be tied into a 12 month contract though which Pipex don’t do, as when you move home it causes problems.
  8. I thought this was just a joke at first. I’m pretty shocked that the roads are like that there! Think they get the local gypsies to tarmac that!
  9. ha, ha trigger happy tv mobile comes to mind.
  10. Could it be an alignment issue on your car if you’re getting so much wheel spin supro?
  11. Nice car espically for £6K! The wheels look great and I really like the look of the leather seats over the cloth I've got.

    Laid!

There's plenty of guys like you, I'm one of them dont think theres anything wrong with that.
  13. I've just got these on the rear after reading lots of good reviews about them and think they are really good, but I did come from avon zz1's so really I'm going to think that plus I have them on a NA.
  14. You really want to get it sprayed on the car so it can be blown into the surrounding panels else with it being red you might notice a slight difference in colour. Sorry if you already know that but it sounded like you were going to get it sprayed then fit to the car later.

    Laid!

    Sounds fun:respekt:
  16. French cars for you, total load of rubbish. Anyway hope you get it sorted in time to get home.
  17. What is it with people these days! Certainly not worth going via insurance as you say. Good luck getting the door!
  18. Just done that, dont mind answering a few questions for a razor!
  19. Oh good the auction has been removed by ebay, did anyone contact them?
  20. I think the Supras a great car, especially for the price but if I had two cars outside an evo and a Supra and it was raining I'd take the Evo. Not that I've actually driven an evo, i just don’t get the feeling of confidence in the supra in the wet and I’m not talking about thrashing it either just normal driving.
  21. I ended up not protecting my NCB as I thought it was a bit of a con really, they wanted an extra £100 from me and like John said even if still have say 4 years NCB when you renew you will be asked if you've had any accidents in the last 5 years when you say yes the price will go up anyway. If it was about £20 I would have done it, but £100 is too much espically as my policy was £680.
  22. Wow thats really, really slow post! But still you have it now and it looks good.
  23. Thats strange he didnt reply to me, although like you said what a surprise!
  24. Dont think you can plug the wrong lead into the back of the hazard switch. If you did the indicators wouldnt work anyway.
