hey.. Sounds good, now that there is few of us on the case we should come up with something. Yeah 60 squid is about right .. but some 2 star hotel charge that in the Dam anyway ..so check it first if they have photos on the web. The 1 i had sort of pre booked was ok @ 3 star 72 squid per twin room is a good 1 they decided to bump us off.. may be they had some bad experience in the past with some hooliganz.. Cheers lads for sending the cheques but i´m in Mexico ..i wouldn´t know til the 06/09..sorry.. thats why i ´m having trouble booking / phoning etc..

Boyz .. I need help for deffo .. couldnt get the rooms. If anyone knows of a place in the Dam Plz let us know.. or contact them first n try for up to 60 squid a night as i cant even phone from here as it is priced at $3 US... per minute to Europe so i´m gonna rely on u guys anyone, just take it on n charge us for whatever u paid as deposit etc.. cheers:thumbs:

Totally agree.. i am working on this place called the Belfort check it out on the net.. looks ok judging by the photos.. at 1 km from the centre. better for the cars though.. with car prking facility etc.. 36 squid per night .. read the independent report on it that says .."it is an acceptable place, nothing fancy but ok to be in" so just awaiting their confirmation..the payment had to be up front so if they accept we gonna have to go with it. However, i agree when u say a sticky carpet place.. I checked most of the big ones with offeres written all over ´em, as soon as u start checking the availability .. they either have nothing on the dates required or the price changes (to the double usually).

I am struggling to find a hotel ..bugger.. can any of u guys try from yer side (like the company´s travel agent or yer favorite secretary etc..) see if u can find us somink near the centre. Budget preferably 40 squid max- per person .. should get us nice rooms. I havent got access to internet all day so i dont have much time to search for somink suitable. 7 double rooms twin beds + 1 single etc.. then we could always ask for more if we need to. cheeers n keep me posted.. Doug, beware of the warewolf.. i heard it can even eat a human ..not just a bucket of KFC.. Watch out for that KFC bucket ! Warewolf normally has that as a starter b4 he eats a human.. Check the other cars man ..doesn´t have to be bigfoot..

Hi Pete & Steph Long short of it is, We will leave on Friday night at 8.30 pm by Eurotunnel from Folkstone returning on Sunday the 14th from Calais at 8.30pm. Going to the Dam for 2 nights so we wont get too tired from driving on the Monday .. For All... anymore questions please fire away.. the cruising gang like Millhouse, Keith C, Si, Roy etc.. should be able to answer any questions if i take too long to answer sometimes .. Good Check point by Pulse may be routine for some of us but worth a look into yer B-down cover n Insurance to sort out if u havent already done so.. Breakdown cover, we could take a couple of schems that should be enough for anyone who needs it. Its unlikely that we all gonna B-down .. .. Can I request some big shouts (meaning massive amount of pressure) for Raoul n his Mad Supra to join us .. cmon boyz.. he is almost certain that she will b ready for the trip.. but lets make him feel that he has too at any case the same goes for Paul E (wihtout his shiny bits tho´) I will ring Snowman & Dave Rex n hopefully they ´re up for it.. Nigel (the blue Rx7 from " 2 France 2 Furious " gang is working in Dam n might be joing us there .. Its 6 am here in Mexico.. bugger.. I got be somewhere at 8:30 .. but off to Acapulco in a couple of dayz tho:D ´. Well, Girlz.. I managed to sweeten up a girl with a funny name like mine from the Eurotunnel office n she was brilliant in trying to get us the price down to 59 squid. Between us guys, if u look at their prices even group buys would only get u a miserable 20% off 197 squid so i think we are lucky there .. or is it coz i´m better looking than that thing Roy ..heheh.. thats not difficult tho´.. If we are good customers to them any of u guys cud take advantage of this for personal travel in the future. So there u go Branners.. this site has become a little favoured to the Eurotunnel for group bookings.. so dont say i never gave u anything :p. On a more serious note, I´m happy with the list so far n we might even have some of the original Rokkaz crew " Raoul, Snowman Cuba..etc.." I have tried to please few people today by shifting the date to the 06/09..well that went well so far Now, I honestly need to be back on the 06/09 at 14:00 from Mexico.. which makes it kind a late for a trip a Business trip that I can't get out of ..honestly, i was convince that i could.. but i was told that I 'm needed over there til then ..
