what about the driftmotion t61 dont hear of any bad news from them and everyone in the states in running them aswell as the xs power think its about 100 quid more plus you get garret internals and a polished compressor housing thats what im aiming for i only want 400hp till i get the v160

cheers guys well engine is all in the car now:) just ordered some fmic piping for a hks cooler starter motor dp dipstick and just a couple of hoses now its all the little bits and bobs now.

hey guys been searching galore and had no results so thought maybe here would be a good start. trying to find out weather or not the 2jz gte starter WILL 100% fit the 1jz gte thanks in advance

any ideas what things i need to control things safely i have full decat with y pipe 3 inch bore air filter wanna run at 1.2 bar max do i need fcd ebc etc?

well heres todays progress lads currently sourcing a gte stater motor. does the 2jz gte one fit?

cheers guys just purchased the complete set assembly cable th works for 48 quid from toyota for 2jz gte and PEDROSIXFOUR already have all the plumbing and p.s from a soarer mate thanks kinda hoping thats nearly everything

alright guys ive just about finished the rebuild of my 1jz its replacing my 2jz na. What throttle cable will be a excellent fit as ive read up and it says the soarer one is way to long but the 2jz is inches to short any help would be fab as its being put into the car this weekend cheers

hey guys im doing a 1jz gte conversion but problem is i never got any hoses with the engine i mean the ones that come from the engine to components such as the coolant ones for example... my question is are there any hoses from the 2jge that mate up with the 1jzgte other than the lower coolant hose as i dont wanna splash out extra cash where its not needed thanks

its the actuall dp mate i have the oem block that goes between the turbos but was thinking about modifying the 2jz dp and gutting the cat?? - - - Updated - - - non vvti

hey guys doing a lot of ummming and arrring between 2 types of gauges between digital and analogue and was wondering about the accuracy and reliability of each type any help would be fab, cheers in advance

vvti never appealled to me mate plus i picked up the engine for 300 quid. any info on the 1j turbos spool time etc?

was that with the t61 mate i dont really wana go over 400hp at crank because of the gearbox mate so single is quicker than twins at bpu level :o
