  1. No worries at all mate, if you need it just pop over and borrow my trade card, should save you a good 30-40quid on the price, i'll have a look at the Halfords one Jurgen fitted to my car later and fire you a text with the right code
  2. Ben, if you want me to get you trade discount on the battery from halfords, give me a shout, should save you a few bob!
  3. Hope you're not planning a trip to the ring once its finished dude, sadly they've just banned this type of seats for next year Amazing progress mind!
  4. If it was a cheap intercooler, replace it, if not ring somewhere like radtec racing about either recoring it or cleaning it through properly
  5. you know, i did wonder where all these names had come from lol
  6. Varrstoen look like lovely wheels,i enquired into them a while back for my grey supra, however like you say, its the whole Rep wheel thing and quality that come into it. sadly with reps you get the owners bigging them up and the non owners slating them so never really get an unbiased review
  7. Just widths and offsets if anyone knows really. Not to woeet
  8. Any idea on the specs of those wheels, nic?
  9. 24, driving 7 years, 1999 rz tt6 bpu, 900quid insurance
  10. Autos aren't as suited for track. People get all upset when people say things like this as they feel its offensive to what they own, simple fact.
  11. You have to remember for some people spending £10k on a car worth less than £10k for a 20% ish gain on power over a good bpu+ setup simply isn't worth it. I have no interest in going single however if I was to do so, I'd spec it with good second hand parts for the most and fork out for the wearable items new.
  12. Wrap it, that way your paint stays fresh and you can always revert back down the line
  13. I'd ask for the opinion of a reputable trader on here, someone like leeP, Ash from garage 786, Paul whiffin from whifbitz or and of the Americans (PHR, boost logic, Titan) or even RyanG of two bartuning. Having a go yourself is brilliant, take your time and document everything, bag up nuts and bolts and take lots of photos, helped me loads when I started out doing mechanics! Best of luck!
  14. As above, depends on boost level, 1.1-1.2bar 380-410 horsepower at the crank

  16. On topic post. If you buy everything new, 8-10k can be the rough cost provided you do it yourself and just pay for mapping. However saying this, that's depending on what parts are already on there (exhaust fmic fuel pump etc). A LOT CHEAPER if you buy used parts
  17. Be as smooth as possible, brake in straight lines, feather the throttle through the bends and the straighter the wheel, the more power you should apply. Hitting second turbo mid corner on WOT in this weather is asking for trouble. Good Fluid and braided lines. The supra is a heavy old girl and punishes the brakes something rotten.
  18. 186 miles to what looks like about 60-65 quid of fuel depending on fuel price. Seems about right around, i get around 150-160 on 50quid of juice commuting, on the motorway i'd see 200+ on the same amount so 300km to 10 gallon of fuel seems alright if urban
  19. Only come on Facelift RZ's so rocking horse poop sadly. only usually available on breaking cars. I sold mine rediculously cheap breaking my last car for £350 + post. they're $1k new plus airbag, postage and taxes
  20. paypal would cost a fortune in fee's if your account isnt verified, worth getting it done for the 2-3 days it takes. Just a heads up
  21. Might help if you post what trim size the wheel is bud
  22. Cost me £230 to ship a full v161 conversion to Norway in a pallet box, as it was outside the eu so I presume a similar cost to the states
