HKS 50mm Wastegate + Screamer pipe. I bought this as part of a used BL kit and have never used it myself as I had to sell the car before I could fit it £300 + P&P

HKS Racing Type 2 Blow Off Valve - (as new, never used) £250 + P&P have some sort of adaptor for it given which Mark from Phoenix said I would need to fit it so thats included too.

oops, how do i change it? any mods who can help? Just to confirm it is £250 + P&P

its bollocks mate It certainly is easier to increase flexability at a younger age, due to having more elasticity, but with correct training and enough time you can increase your flexability. Look up Thomas Kurtz or go to http://www.stadion.com. Check out the potential flexability tests that he shows
