  2. cheers for the comments.. MAP ECU worked out fine ,have had no probs runs the same as stock.. Thor managed to take some of the over fuelling out at the top end and tweak the rest of the fuel map... Dazz
  3. Finally got round to finishing this project on my 94' UK spec auto... Stock manifold has been modified to accept a 38mm Tial wastegate ,which vents to atmo ). These are stock based hybrids with the following work.. No.1 turbo the wastegate has been plugged and machining work done to housing... No.2 turbo the exhaust bypass valve has been removed and again machining done to the turbo housing.. These are running in TTC mode....so all vsv's and associated pipework has been removed... Have now had a boost controller fitted and upped the boost to 1.2bar ,plus had a MAP ECU fitted to remove the stock MAF .. Had the car on the dyno ( Thor racing ) Results of the latest dyno.....407bhp and 397ft/Lb at 1.24 bar Holds boost rock steady and its worth it just for the extremely loud wastegate ) There are some pics and dyno sheet at http://www.dazzspeed.co.uk under turboproject.. Dazz

  14. There is no need to re-locate the " trans" ( transmission cooler??),..... depending on which FMIC you go for,the stock power steering cooler pipes have to be removed and a replacement should be included in the kit....... Daz
  15. You could always weld three stock IC's together ,details http://mkiv.supras.org.nz/articles/kevinter.htm Daz

  17. Looks like your bump stop has come apart.... Its a 20 minute job to drop the rear shock.... ,then you can replace the bump stop, once you have split the spring from the shock ..... Darrell

  20. John.. On your hanging plug end, bridge out ( join together ),the YELLOW and the PURPLE/YELLOW wire. That way it will tell the ECU that its there and in the up postion... With the " Auto Off " button ( on the switch end ) make sure this is pressed down... Do this before you turn the ignition on.. HTH Darrell
  21. John.. Did you have an active spoiler??? Since you have dropped a new front on and unplugged the active spoiler, this would trigger the light??? Unless you've sorted that already.... Daz
  22. Gaz... Get yourself a pair of Jap spec lights... Use your original UK spec wiring harness and a TRL Fog light conversion kit, works a treat... Darrell
