hello , mines a 95 tt j spec , i have a zapper on my key fob for the alarm . but the key does the same if i choose to use it . cheers peter

hi vaughany, stick with the stainless , it might cost a bit more but in the long run is pretty much maintainance free , stronger than aluminium as well , heres a pic of mine , not a great shot but gives you the idea .

hello , had my light bulb fitted today 90005 was the number ,didnt have to file off any of the three lugs, but on the actual electric conector , there was a small piece of plastic inside which was stopping the connector going together , cut that off and in she went , illumination . thanks again for all the advice peter .

have you heard the saying , "how many people does it take to change a light bulb" .what a pullarva (sp) the one that i took out didnt have paint on the end .

hi tim , its the inner part thats too big , the bit with the rubber seal on it . you cant file that bit can you .

ha ha ha , ive done a search , but the threads just say about filing the lugs down. ok fast mcanny any ideas , oh and dont say buy a uk spec lol.

hi tom , the guy in the shop did file the lugs , but the body of the bulb seemed to be to big ,

hi guys no luck so far , ive tried 90006 , and 90005 , both dont fit . the body is to big , and the three small lugs on the outside are differant . so ive left the one i took out with the guy in the shop ,he said he will try to match it . cheers peter .
