Yes they are very reliable for Italian bikes lol, if you join http://www.rsvzone.com there are a couple of little tricks you can do to them to make them even more reliable. When i went over to france i done 2000 miles in 4 days and it never missed a beat, apart from a brand new rear tyre bought that day blowing out at over 100! I love the yellow colour especially in the sunlight it just sparkles. I have changed the gearing on mine as well for better acceleration, yeah let me know when you tare back mate, it would be good to catch up.

If you are after any work doing on it there is a guy called Griff who owns Aprilia Performance in Tamworth, he used to be Technical director for Aprilia UK and is a legend! he is the only person i trust to work on my bike, and gladly ride the 3hrs each way to see him. I went to Italy earlier in the year and fell in love with the place, i would love to ride round it, especially on the Aprilia.

I go over to Ireland from Holyhead all the time Andrew and have only been asked for ID once, and that was when I had come back to holyhead! Driving license was all I showed them and they were fine. It will only take you 2hrs to get from Dublin to the ferry terminal at Belfast, I hope the weather is better for you when you go, I got stuck in the floods in Dublin last week!

I have this Isotta steering wheel which was on my old Toyota Starlet, the allen head bolts which attach it to the boss will need replacing as i had to drill a couple of them out to remove it. There is a little bit of pitting on the arm as you can see but this could be rubbed down and repainted. Hi i am selling this car on behalf of my uncle, he has owned the car for the last 3 or 4 years and has been the only owner since it was imported. The car is a Japanese copy of a 1956 Bently but is actually a Nissan Crew which has the RB20E engine. I know the car is not to everyones taste, especially mine but they are very rare cars over here and he always gets people admiring it and asking what it is. The car is showing 96000 kms on the clock and my uncle got it with about 80000 kms on it, it is an automatic which is very smooth. The way he drives he gets about 30mpg round town and about 40 mpg on the motorway, he is only selling it as he has just got a Toyota Prius. It has electric windows all round as well as electric folding mirrors, power steering, wood effect dash, wire wheels etc. The overall condition is very good with just a few small blemishes on the paint work. I would use the brush on stuff if i was you mate, i undersealed my EK9 and bought a big tub of schultz and the spray attachment, when i done under the wings i opened up the bonnett and it had went all over the engine bay! spent the next few hours cleaning it off.
