Bit of a weird question but does anyone know how long and wide the Supra is. I need to position some driveway security bollards and need to ensure I leave enough space. Before anyone says i don't have my car around to be able to measure it, so any help would be most appreciated. Dave

Trying to get my car back on the road and just spoke to Directline, the same insurance company I have used for 5 years including the insurance of the Supra with the mods, and they have just said I need to be 25 to insure the car! this is the same car that they insured last year! Maddness, so on this subject any suggestions for under 25 with mods? Apparently Tesco's are not doing under 25 with mods either!!!! Help

Red, The front splitter is a Bomex Type 2 and it came with the car when it was imported about 20 months ago. Not sure who would be able to supply it for you, prop one of the traders, Envy, Whifbitz etc should be able to sort you out. Jake, most people have moved with the times and now use mp3 or .wma, but you seem to still be on Vinyl and have a scratched record!!!!!! :D I went and turned the car over at the weekend and by God was it dangerous......... Girlfriend and I looked at eachother and thought it does sound lovely, and then we had the discussion about keeping it and working something out with the finances!

Intellistart is brilliant, especially in the winter and also it confuses the hell out of people when you start it up and you are still in the pub/restaurant or something. People keep looking in the car to see where the person is hiding. PMSL especially with old people.......... new fangled technology!!!!

As soon as the police investigation is complete I am able to sell my car again. Currently the paperwork, i.e. service records, all the jap paperwork I had for it and all the mod paperwork is still missing. Realistically what sort of discount should I be considering to compensate for this? I have the reg document back from the DVLA a letter from the police explaining what happened with the car and will have a full service done by JPS, (who have maintained the car including any mods for the year and a half i have owned the car, serviced every 3k miles), and also get another MOT done. Just been looking through prices again and I don't think 12K would have been a bad price before the problems happened. What do you reckon?

Valve stem seals? At pod there was a whistling noise that I hadn't heard before, when I ran up the strip, could this be them?

just been to check and it is a little over the Full marker. Started it up and there was no smoke on startup or after running for about 3 minutes!

Started the car up this morning and on the normal run to work noticed that every so often there was a blue/oily smoke coming from the exhaust. It didn't appear that is was relating to acceleration or reving the engine. Any thoughts? I had an oil change on friday and ran at pod on saturday but didn't notice any smoke at Pod or on the way home. Thanks in advance for any help.
