  1. Hello all! I've been umming and arring for a few months about what to do next with the Supra. It doesn't get used very often, in fact its only been out a handfull of times this year. However I would like to go BPU with it at some stage and don't have much faith in the W58 to handle the power. (Mine is an NA-TT conversion btw). I've seen some folk using the R154 in the Supra using a different bell housing, mated props etc. Plus there's the 6 speed route which is just ridiculous money. I guess my question is, is the R154 a viable and safe option for the TT, will it handle a reasonable amount of power or will it just need replacing once single turbos come about (can't see it personally, but you never know!). I just don't want to go BPU with the thought that my gearbox might crap itself at any moment. Cheers! Dan
  2. Wow, should have posted this up sooner! I'll give you a shout if there's anything else happening. Might be getting some more stuff from John McGuinness. Yeah, Morrissey is tonight i think? Not my kinda thing
  3. Hello all! If anyone is interested in any of the above might I recommend visiting the eBay link below! http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-X-Arai-Helmet-Money-Box-Signed-Isle-Man-TT-Riders-/360382023558?pt=UK_Sports_Memorabilia_ET&hash=item53e8714786#ht_832wt_948 They are a pair of replica Arai Helmets that was donated to me by Arai Europe. I basically spent the TT fortnight hanging round the Grandstand getting the TT stars to sign them, as well as a few Moto GP riders who came over. The full list of riders who have signed is: John McGuinness, Keith Amor, Guy Martin, Bruce Anstey, Gary Johnson, Michael Dunlop, Cameron Donald, William Dunlop, Michael Rutter, James Hillier, Ryan Farquhar, Klaus Klaffenbock, Dan Sayle, Dan Kneen, Conor Cummins, Russ Mountford, Adrian Archibald, Ian Pattinson, Roger Maher, Carolyn Sells, Olie Linsdell, Ian Lougher, Ian Hutchinson, Cal Crutchlow, Mick Doohan, Nikki Hayden, Milky Quayle. I basically spent the whole TT up there meeting all of the riders and the teams and it was a great experience! (Except Guy Martin who was/is/and probably will forever be a bit of a knob). I'm raising money for the Isle of Man Childrens Centre and will eventually be going to the Arctic next March to dog sled from Norway to Sweden. It's gunna be an amazing experience and I'm really looking forward to it. Obviosuly feel free to bid on these one-of-a-kind items Here is a link to the IoM TT website where they are being advertised along with a few other items. All great causes! http://www.iomtt.com/News/2011/07/26/Local-and-TT-related-charities-to-benefit-from-ebay-auction.aspx

  5. Many thanks to everyone who has paid so far All in the post and should be with you soon. Loads more available! Cheers Dan
  6. Not a bad car! A spare motor too? It's about £14,998 out of my budget at the moment
  7. If you can get over to the Isle of Man for next Tuesday you can have them for free!
  8. Hmm. I dunno mate. Liking something that I don't? Society tells me that I should ridicule and belittle you until the ratio of 'lovers' to 'haters' tips over the 50% mark. Then I'll go over to the other side, you know, self preservation and all that!
  9. I've actually just won x2 free tickets to see the movie next week! ...I've never been so disappointed to win something in my whole life!
  10. It wasn't really an attack, more of a gentle poke in the eye?
  11. I was listening to the Radio yesterday and they had a couple of people phone in and explain how upset they were about there being no more Harry Potter movies/books. Apparently people were crying and some had to be carried out of the cinema because of it! Sorry but, what the hell? It's some books and some movies. Man-up! I've never seen a Harry Potter movie all the way through, and now my Mrs wants me to go see the last one next week. Frankly I'm considering some kind of expensive and long cosmetic surgery to avoid going. Anyone else think it's a bit much?
  12. That comes to £49 for 17 DVDs which is already a bargain! Can't really go as low as £35, but since you're a heli flyer I'll split it down the middle £43 to your door? Schindlers List is actually still in it's original packagin! Never watched.
  13. What lipos are you using? I was gunna go for Turnigy 5000 40c for the 550.
  14. Plenty more on there Let me know if there's anything taking your fancy and we can work out a deal!
  15. Alien - £3 Aliens - £3 Aliens 3 - £3 Alien Resurrection - £3 District 9 - £3 Saving Private Ryan - £3 Planet Earth – Complete BBC Collection - £10.50 Pitch Black / Chronicles of Riddick - £4.50 That totals £33 incl postage. But for you how does £30 to your door sound?
  16. Ok. £2.50 each x9 = £22.50(Porkys is 2 movies but in the same box so you get one free ) £21 ok? Let me know if that's ok for you I think I'm gunna have to add postage on to any further bulk orders, i'll be giving them away next!
  17. Are you still Flybarred? Or have you taken the plunge and gone for Flybarless? How do you find the 550? I hear it's the best all round heli in their range.
  18. Cheers I have a 500 ESP at the moment, I used to have a 250 SE but sold it on, it was an animal! I've only been flying since November but I've hit it hard and advanced quite well. Looking to go FBL on this next one. Was dead set on the 550, but now Align have a 12S 600 on the market, it's very tempting! I reckon I'll go for the 550 though. A good size for me at the moment. Do you fly helis?
  19. It took me 2 days to sort out. Seperated them into genres then alphabetically, then doing the list! Knackering! Anything take your fancy?
  20. Porkys! A man with good taste! Can I just check, is it Taken the movie with Liam Neeson (kicking some ass!!) or the Spielberg boxset? Cheers Dan
