What is the proper name for the top arms you speak of?

Im gonna try the cardboard test but to be honest them rubbers look good condition. Plus the fact that if i shake the wheel it moves slightly and the knock comes from the top of the leg area.

Boot rubbers as in the bit that goes round the hole frame of the boot? They look fine to me, If i try and shake the wheel side to side it makes the knock and can be felt through the car, however when jacked up and i shake the wheel there is no noise at all.

I have an annoying knocking noise from the back of my car, Is there anyone who knows what they are doing to have a quick look/drive of my car, I think it may be my rear top suspension rubbers on each side but before i pay £80 each i would like another opinion because someone has said that it wont be the top rubbers, Myself im no good with fixing cars. If your not to far away i can drive upto you.

Ive just been quoted £81 each from toyota for the rear top suspension rubbers is that how much they are? its only a bit of god damn rubber.

I am getting a knock over bumps, might be the top suspension bushes then, I ordered them but toyota gave me the Stabilizer bushes instead but i thought i may as well fit them for the price i paid, turns out they was wrong too.

What kind of problems would i have if the rear bottom Stabilizer bushes had gone on each side??

I was looking at somthing like the two in the links, I would prefer 17's as there are loads of speed bumps and crap condition roads here +tyre cost. Im looking at buying some new wheels, Is there any ride difference between 17" and 18" alloys? Also what would i get for my facelift standard alloys Few scuffs and scrape's but not very bad and all 4 decent tyres.

Thats why i dont use ebay with all the things extra to pay for, I would just prefer an easy sale, Hopefully someone will want it i could do with the cash.

I cant belive how much these have gone down in price since i bought mine, I paid £200 between 8-10 months ago. If someone would like to give me an offer they think is good then i will think about. Definetly no less than a £100 thou.

Im in need of rear top struts for my 96 supra, Where would be the best place to get them from?

I been looking on ebay and have not seen any go for less than £150. It comes with all parts and instruction book. I dont want to let it go for less than £130 im afraid.

Lucky i booked today off work I woke up, went to the Gym and got back at 12, since then i have been Sunbathing in my Garden. Im now off for some food then polishing my car what a Great day it has been. I just wanted to rub that in the faces of people at work
