  1. He was saying he got the kit a month ago and worked 24/7 to get it ready for this shoot! Apparently blew a turbo at castle comb. But you are right it does sound awesone and the exhaust whilst a bit marmite looks awesome. Was refreshing to see actually the interior was a bit tired and a couple of cable ties in play.. sure that won't show in the mag feature but it's nice to know even "show" cars aren't perfect.

  2. Had a chap come up and use the race track for a photoshoot for Japanese performance today.

     

    In the flesh it actually looks really good and is very well done.

     

    Not sure I would do it to a rx7 personally however!

    Had 4 new falken tyres late last year, so plenty of tread left.

     

    Bad bits:

     

    Paintwork is not very good, it is suffering from laquer failing on the bonnet and the roof. Could do with a respray!

    Has a dent on the passenger side side skirt

    Interior is starting to look a little tired, and is missing the "jesus" handle and one of the plastic vents on the passenger side.

    Drivers Seat electric seat motor only works on one side, adjusted it manually and seems its only me that drives it, has never botherd me that much.

    Drivers window regulator has failed and needs replacing.

    Nur spec has the usual dents underneath but is also slightly flattend on the tail tip.

    The rear seat delete could do with being replaced, or rear seats being put back in. Seat belts are still in the car.

     

     

    Other:

    The car was an on going project that I had really hoped on finishing, however with the imminent arrivial of my first born and a house to renovate its just not going to happen anytime soon. mechanically it drives lovely and since its last MOT, last august I think I have done about 700 miles. Sadly however the bodywork is not the best, the bonnet in particular needs a respray however the whole car could do with it in order to make it the best it could be. It has blemishes and swirl marks etc as to be expected from a 23 year old car.

    I have a Walbro 255 fuel pump and XS power FMIC, and a spare diff that will be included with the sale.

    Needs a FCD in order to turn the boost up, something along with the fuel pump and fmic I had intended on getting round to but never did. plus side is the hybrid turbos have never seen more than stock boost.

    If it sells to a forum member i will put the car through a service.

  5. £29,995? I have seen said car for sale, and to be honest if its the one I'm thinking of then yes its a pretty rare find. But if it genuinely sells at that price I will eat my hat.

     

    I was thinking 9 would be fair seems I have seen a lot of NAs for sale for around 6. thanks for the input.

    Sadly I have to sell my supra, I have been putting it off for some time now, but with the birth of my first born due in less than a month, and the need for at least one sensible car and no garage I just cant justify keeping it.

     

    Problem that I have is that I don't know how to realistically price it! I don't want to give it away but at the same time some of the prices I have seen recently just seem a little far fetched, so I'm hoping some of you guys can weigh in and maybe give me an idea of how to price it.

     

    Its a 202 Black 94 TT Auto.

     

    Mileage is around 171,000 km / Miles.

  7. XS POWER FMIC, had this in my shed meaning to fit it to the car for over 2 years, comes with hard pipes and silicone couplers, have never fitted it but looks to all be there.

  8. Tried that mate no joy! Only help I get on the support website is unplug it for 1 minute and try again if that doesn't work try 5 and see.. Obviously being British turn it off and turn it on again was my go to fix.. Didn't work though!
