I have made a video of the car cold starting and idling, as there seems to be a belief that singles dont start and idle well . I brought it out of the garage on the morning and I made this video late afternoon. It also shows the craized spat and the cracked sill. Sorry for the poor quality, its my first video like this. I think it show just how well it runs though, I will try and put another one up of it on the road, just trying to find a nice day!

I guess there may be more interest now Pabs has sold his... :-) There is someone on in France wanting the car, but with the broken translations, I have no idea when they want to come look at it...

What discs are they? The bells look like custom ones? Very nice BTW!

Well due to lack of interest I will consider dropping the price, breaking it could also be an option but I'm not sure If I have the time...

Yeh, I didn't know how to word this, what I wanted to say was that it had never had an insurance claim, but then I thought it sounded like I was wording it so it had been damaged just not claimed on.... So I settled on the above...

Paul sold the car to me as a poorly car, it was still running, it just was having some electrical problems due to a failed heater matrix (that caused a flood in the footwell getting into the ECU's) and a hole in the passenger footwell due to it falling off a jack (Unfortunately after the flood!). Paul had spent a fair bit of money trying to sort it out, but I think he had just come to the end of his patience with it. As mentioned above most of the engine work had been done by Jody when Paul had it and the car is still very much the same spec now, just with the electrical faults sorted, the heater matrix replaced and a few other additions that I had wanted in the car. The car now runs 'Really Well' again and is fun/easy to drive.

As mentioned above, price is £9500. The auto box holds up to the power fine, it just has a gearbox oil cooler but other than that its stock, all gear changes are smooth, I have seen a couple of other Supra's with similar power running standard box without problems too. Thanks for the compliments, I was considering that I had gone too 'Chavvy' with the car from the lack of interest!

Most of the cars I have seen in the flesh at K-T-C have been real dogs, I must admit though the cars on the WRC sales website do look very good, I have been tempted to go have a look on more than one occasion.

I have a Greddy Emanage for sale, its brand new in box with instructions etc, never been fit bought to fix a fault on the car but never required. Will try and post pics up tomorrow. I think I also have reciept somewhere. Collection from Leeds or can arrange postage. Now Sold to Knightrider

Yeh, this seems to be the case with everybody at the moment, especially cars that have heavy fuel bills

To be honest, if you were to do that, I think it would be more viable for you to find a TT hardtop. I have not felt a significant amount of flex in the car but saying that, the weather has not been good enough to have the top off much! with it on, it feels solid. My friend had a hard top TT and I could not really feel any difference when driving enthusiastically, but I have not driven one on the track. Just thought I would add that the 'Black one' mentioned is my car. I have it at that price because I need it to go as I am having to store it in someone elses Garage as I have no room. It has not had any accidents and has never been a write off, I have no idea where that came from... I have all the reciepts for the work carried out and the Dyno print out showing the claimed power, anyone is welcome to come and see the car for themselves to confirm this and see it in the flesh. The car has been for sale just under 2 months now, there has been no one round to see it, I think the price is possibly putting people off. Lurch, if it is my car you are interested in, you are quite welcome to come see it or if you email me I can send you endless hi-res photo's that I have.

I have had a bit of interest with part ex's too but I am not looking for another car so I have not really had chance to entertain them. Breaking the car would be a possiblity as I have had a bit of success doing this with other cars, it would just be a shame! It is on Ebay at the moment but no bids, even with 1400 views! I dont think I will lift the price as if I were to do that now, I think it would only make people more suspicious, although I may look at replacing the coilovers for some newer softer going ones, then I may raise the price to cover it! At this rate I may just keep it...

I have been having a look at the Supra's for sale and the price doesn't seem so low to put people off. Why would you say it's worth £14k? There seems to be a couple on Ebay for similar prices, obviously not with the mods but still very tidy looking cars.

Have a look at this, 4wd doesn't necessarely mean better wet handling, alot of 4wd cars have terrible understeer

LOL, I really dont have more money than sense! Either that or I have Very little Sense! If I were to keep the car I would want to go manual and thats £3k I dont have, I need the rear seats too! and to top it off, it wont fit in my drive unless the suspension is would all the way up and then it looses the look! I would love to keep it but my Girlfriend doesn't like driving it(too big!) and shes the boss... The wheels were on the car when I bought it. I think they were on the car when it was imported.

Hey guys, this is my car that is up for sale. Just wanted to point out, it does have the ECU fitted, I must have worded it badly, I meant the control screen is not fitted, but it just plugs in I just didn't want it as I like it to look standard. As for the price of the car, I bought the car with a few faults, so I didn't pay market value for it, these faults have been sorted and I have enjoyed owning the car and I dont feel it owes me any more than I have listed it for, obviously I would not reduce this price though. If anyone wants to come have a look be my guest, I think maybe the price has put people off as no one has even been to see it yet! And its killing me because every time I go see it I get the urge to keep it! I'm getting that urge quite alot at the moment! (replaced it with a Subaru and its falling to bits!)
