There is no standard timescale as to how long you can be seeing someone and feel really upset when you break up - 4 months might not be long but it can still hurt like a bitch. It depends upon the person so it's not wrong or weird to feel the way you do fella. Things do get better. Do agree with Ark though - few beers and a few laughs with your mates is what you need[GRIN][/GRIN]

At about half seven this morning in fast lane (naturally) - didn't get much of a look as I was on the opposite carriageway heading towards Preston - looked stock though and very clean

Accurate enough - any system like this is only a guide anyway. The most obvious advice is to take it steady on stretches you don't know and boot it on those you do i suppose. I've always relied on that as dodgy as it may sound!!
