I don't know anymore, i really don't. Its starting to depress me. I love the car too much. Ive looked at mr2's, Glanza's, integra's, anything cheaper to run that would be fun and i just cant find anything i like. Im sure i could keep it if i stayed in more and don't blow money on TT conversions etc but ill still always wish i could do it. My mum reckons i should sell mine and buy an Auto TT! That way i get what i want and all i have to do is put up with the auto box which ive seen in action and is still ok. Only issue then would be Petrol but my Gf said she would pick me up in her car and she would alternate the weekends that i drive home so i could potentially save money that way. All these complications to get the job of my dreams!

You may find a cheap Auto Aerotop but you could buy a tt auto for the same price! Or my facelift 6spd manual N/a for 5.2k

Sounds good so far! Just something to drive around in for 12 months that will require sweet diddly work so i can save lots of moneys and get my flat and then supra TT!

No sure really. I dont want to spend over 1k for sure because when it comes to selling ill have to wait and wait until someone buys it. I'd rather just have something for around £400 and when im done, ill take it to my parents and leave it on their land until someone buys it or i need it again! So say £500 ish! Under 1.6, reliable! Due to the fact i'll be moving to a different county with virtually no savings and some small debt from the Supra ive decided to sell up and start saving so that i can get deposit money for a flat. Ill be living in Police accommodation for a few months and then onto a house/flat share. In between owning my last and present supra i had a Ford sierra 1.8. It wasnt that great on fuel but it did me well for a few months and seemed like a reliable work horse! This cost me £100 and when i was done i drove it into a tree and sent it off to the scrappy lol As im going to be doing alot of motorway travelling i will need something under 1.6 but with reasonable poke (not fast, just nippy) which will return a decent MPG and cheaper tax. My main concern is reliability. The reason i want to spend as little as possible is so i can use that money to put into a savings account, not fork out on repairs. Therefore something easy to look after would help. Honda or Toyota preferably! Any ideas or experiences please. I really dont have a clue what would be best.

Ive installed hundreds of these and let me just say they're not all easy to get working. The belkin ones seem to have issues with orange routers etc. Dont go cheap, buy a branded one!

Yep i was 20 and paid £1200 fc for my insurance with performance direct. Now with adrian flux at 21 for 780 fc!
