Morning everyone. Just another quicky from me as I know nout technical (I am trying to pick stuff up). Exhaust headers...what are they? Are they expensive, loud and where can I get one. Ive heard good things

This is a corker aint it! Ive got a NA which I have got looking how I want it to. I obviously want more performance but dont want to sell what ive got now (like others have said I wouldnt get the money back on what ive spent). So for this reason, for me personally the conversion would be the best way to go. It all depends on what each person wants, needs or can afford at the time. Now tell me (I only know what looks pretty)...whats an exhaust header do? Is it loud, is it expensive and where can I get one?

Its definatly not the fog light. It doesnt need a self abstruct switch, this is my first ever rear wheel drive car and had it less than a week. Talk about a baptism of fire in this weather.

Spot on. I cant think for the life of me what it does! Like Pete said, maybe time to remove the dash. Dont know if that'll be worth the hassle tho.

Ok that didnt work did it? I,ll have another go in a bit. In the mean time is there a TC light on the dash? I think I need to learn the tech stuff pretty quick instead of thinking "mmm thats nice." LOL.

Another dull one again, sorry. Ive got a little toggle swich below my stereo and I cant figure out what its for! Is it traction control? I havent got an owners manual so I dont even know if there is a light pointing it out. It could be for the aerial, its not the rearfog. That much I do Know. Any ideas anybody, please. (94/95 Jap import)

Hey. I know sweet FA bout the technical stuff on cars but I had a similar problem a few years ago on a motor id rather not mention. Anyway it turned out to be the stereo wired up wrongly. I know thats probably not the problem but maybe its worth checking. Thats all I got.

Ah I see. My Supe came with 215/45/17 up front and 235/45/17 at the rear. Does the depth (i mean the 45) have much of an effect on the speedo. I dont fancy being done doing 35 in a 30, know what I mean?

Hey. Not a particually technical one this. Just wondering what the correct tyre proflies are for differant size alloys on the supe, you know to keep the rolling circumfrance the same. I got a 45 profile on my 17s. Im obviously looking to get some 18s or 19s when the money is there. I spent £800 on a set of 18s 2 months ago on my gen 6 Celica, then someone decided to have a game of bumper cars with me!

Hi DJ. Welcome on board. Ive only been here a few days myself. You'll find everything you need to know here (within reason). I picked my N/A Supra up from a dealer I found in Auto Trader on Saturday. Ive had no probs. But if you can get a TT go for it. Like I said I got a non-turbo which is great but I cant wait to convert it when I got the money. I can only imagine how great the TT is.....

Well i think the eye lids seem a big NO NO. Guess ill stick with just the glass headlamps and clear repeaters then:)
