  1. My gf is fine with it, the way I see it is far too many guys are under the thumb these day's it's painful to see. Life is too short to not do what you want to do, if your gf/wife doesn't like what you do then you are with the wrong person. I will never let anyone control me, and wouldn't want to ever control my girlfriend.. and it works out very well and we are both a very happy couple. C'mon guys, stand up for yourself and be happy for a change
  2. I'm another happy N/A auto owner. I sold my 03 scooby sti and bought my first ever supra, a 95 N/A auto aerotop and I am very, very happy with it. Like mentioned before, unless you take your supra onto a track then you are not going to get to use all of that power anyway. I could of easily of bought a TT, I could of bought 2 infact for the price I sold my scooby for but my main concernes were realiabilty, looks, and general running costs. And, who care's when you buy a supra in as good condition as this:
  3. I hope it's not just for the cone, I doubt (or more hope) that it come with the kit to fit otherwise yeh, rip off! Anyone know on here?
  4. Thanks for all the compliments guys, a nice warm welcome to the world of supra's - couldn't be better
  5. Thanks for all of the positive comments guys, i've just orderd that front splitter, http://www.envyperformance.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=1849 these side skirts, an apexi cone filter (as i've heard it's the best cone filter (i'm not too botherd about loosing 5bhp for the sound it makes) and a blitz nur spec r exhaust which i can put a silencer on if I get annoyed with the volume. Quick question, I hear alot about people insisting on getting a cold feed into the engine for a cone filter - how do i acheive this? Bigger radiator? What do I do, is there a cheaper option? Thanks again guys, like you said Beer - bring on the good weather! Bakerboy
  6. Me too i'm going to get a replacement front splitter http://www.envyperformance.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=2017 that wont be much lower than the standard lip so hopefully it will be ok on the drive/bumps..
  7. Hi all, I know what (most) of you guys think about induction kits for the supra but would this http://www.envyperformance.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=product.display&Product_ID=1051 fit my N/A 95 aerotop? I read someone fitting it to their TT and they reccomend it as the best cone filter. Will this fit an N/A car too? Thanks
  8. It's in good hands trust me, it's very much loved and looked after
  9. Hi all, I finally got my first ever supra after selling my impreza sti and I must say I am very, very happy with it. The driving position is so good, and the acceleration is so smooth and progressive i'm liking it alot It may be an N/A and i'm aware that alot of people slate them on here, but to be honest my biggest priority was to get an aerotop in good condition and there arn't many of those around i've found. It suits me down to the ground, because it's cheaper on fuel, seriving and insurance than the scooby and drives like a dream. I polished her up yesterday and took some pics, on the list I plan to get some sideskirts, a cat back exhaust and sound system installed, other than that I may work on the interior too and get the wheels refurbished - those 19" sure do look good with the silver let me know what you guys think. I'm very happy with it, and can't wait for the summer Bakerboy
  10. Good idea, didn't think of that...

  12. Hi all, Not sure what thread to put this in so i'll put it in general... the vid on this thread http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=88051 , can someone tell me what the name of the song is at the start of the vid? Somewhere in the thread someone says it's orbital - crash and carry but that's a different song, I really like the song at the start of that vid, can anyone help and give me the song name/artisit? Thanks
  13. Oh no [sHOCK][/sHOCK] they are trying to turn us all into middle lane 4x4 motorway hoggers [ANGRY][/ANGRY]
  14. mmmm mixed opinions really, I have quite a steep drive so will probably avoid a body kit although I really want one It's silver at the mo, so might just colour code the splitter's that should helpa bit with looks I might concentrate on the interior instead then, as it's an aerotop...
  15. Hi all, As the title suggests I am wondering if a bodykit on a 95 supra would clear speed bumps... it has 19's on it and is standard at the moment, would a veilside bodykit hit the speed bumps do you guys think? I say this as the road I live down is full of speed bumps. Or, can you raise the kit a few mm as new suspension is costly I think... Thanks
  16. Here we have a solution to high petrol prices and bad co2 emissions but the government is ignoring it, I feel a petition coming on...
  17. Bummer, cos I can't make brackets I don't have the tools or experiance. Looks like i'll have to find some ready made one's or find someone that can make them..
  18. Hi again peeps, Can someone tell me what size speakers are in the door's of a 95 supra aerotop? I'm asking as I get mine on friday and have taken out my 6" kicker component speakers out of my scooby, with seperate tweeters is there a tweeter position too for the supra? Thanks
  19. Loud is good, life is too short to hold back But I will do my best to listen to as many types of exhaust as possible, maybe some have more of a 'roar' with enough rumble too..
  20. Thanks Gazza, sounds great Phoenix - I may just get cat back then, as it isn't as expensive and still sounds good..
  21. Lol, i'm not a chav by no means but I like my supra to sound as good as it looks and in my opinion loud is good.
  22. Thanks for the quick reply's guys, anyone know where to get them from?
  23. Hi people, I was wondering if you could help... I'm due to pick up my first ever supra on friday and would like to know if I can get a sports cat exhaust for the 95 N/A supra aerotop, i'm looking for a full system and don't want to be meesing around taking cats out for mot's etc. Can anyone reccomend what exhaust and where to get it from, i'm looking for noise mainly, I want it LOUD. Also, ideas on prices would be useful..i've looked online alot and can't seem to find any sports cat full systems. Bakerboy
