Hi has anybody had trouble trying to find a place that sells new radiators for a decent price? The cheapest standard radiator i could find was £175! I was going to fit this on saturday but looking at it it has two small pipes on the bottom which look like there for a gearbox cooler but mine is a manual. I asked the company if it was o.k to fit and they said yes is this right? Anyway was just about to start draining the coolant when i noticed that the two pins that support the radiator at the bottom didnt line up! Have they sent me the completely wrong radiator? Is the uk spec and jap spec rad different? Mines jap spec i did tell them. Thanks

Excellent i cant wait to get down there now and hopefully wipe the smug grin off his face! Ive been to santa pod in my old renault 5 turbo but its going to be so much different launching a rear wheel drive car off the line should be fun though!

Cool cheers for the advice i'll make sure i get the rear tyres nice and sticky. Has anyone here got any advice on how to get a perfect launch?

Hes got an evo 9 and its fast as standard he has done a 13.3 at santa pod. Although when we are both at 60mph and floor it i start to pull away! I would just love to beat him

Does anyone know the quarter mile time for a standard 6 speed manual jap spec TT? Its a 1994 so before vvti. Also do you think i would be anywhere near my mates standard mitsi evo 300 at santa pod?

Do you know if thats an o.a.t antifreeze? Does it already come dilluted? If not can i mix it with tap water or does it have to be ionised water? Cheers

Just a quick question guys i have to change my radiator on saturday because its got a two inch crack in the top tank and everytime i open the bonnet i get soaked! I was just wondering what anti-freeze should i use? Also where can i get it from?

My J spec TT did that aswell! The traction control cut the power and the light stayed on but when i turned it off with the switch and turned it back on i was back to full power. The traction control really is crap!

I got the unit with the car im not sure what make but its not a thor one. Ive checked and double checked the wiring i think i will just get one from thor to save mucking around. Cheers guys

Hi has anyone fitted one of those after market de-limiters/speedo converters? Ive fitted one and the speedo flicks about all over the place, the limiter still works and its not clocking up any miles! Any ideas anyone? Im sure i have followed the instructions correctly. Dodgy unit?

Hi guys i was just wondering what tyre size people are running on 18 inch rear wheels? My TT has 275/40/18 with a 9.5 inch rear wheel but i was wondering if anyone knows if i could fit 265/35/18s on instead?

Ive just joined because you all seem like a really friendly bunch and thought i would say hi too everyone. Ive got a black, six speed TT that i bought from CJ and i love it! Hopefully i will get to meet some of you during the car shows and meets next year.
