  1. I would just take the Turbo timer out, they are a waste of time and never work well with alarm systems, they void insurance as well if you leave the car running unattended I remember reading
  2. Mine is still for sale at £5995 I would deliver for the asking price, GF would like a weekend in Cornwall
  3. Tried to add mine but the graph builder makes no sence to me
  4. I like it but the graphics would have to go, that 2.5 engine is very slow as well, needs the V8
  5. Hi mate, There is a very nice Dyno set up at Weston Motorsport in Shirley, Solihull, behind the monkspath cinema complex They also do tuning and servicing etc, I have never used them myself though
  6. I like it, I would have to loose the rear wing, its looking like it will fetch good money as well
  7. I would be up for this if it can be confirmed that a 535bhp+ car can get a run and readout
  8. I would love to bring my car to this, when you say the dyno has a max power does that mean if you run more you cant attend??
  9. You sure it was not your reflection waving back at you in a shop window
  10. Its a members car and someones pride and joy, I would be very fed up if you had slated my car on here like that Whats so special about your then ??
  11. I would be interested in bonnet if undamaged
  12. Well the car has only 70,000 miles from new so the turbo has done a lot less, it has been refurbed as well with a reciept the turbo was originally fitted by TDI motorsport in Essex
  13. LOL The last picture is the funniest, here really has a thing about himself me thinks
  14. This was from Scottsperformance in Kent Was a JUN built car running 700bhp on a T88
  15. After loosing my engine in July 2007 I have taken the rebuild project very carefully and have changed my mind many times along the way, the car will be built for drivability first with the added touches that will hopefully give me a very powerful car when required, this has included replacing many already modified items because they will enhance the set up better than those already fitted, this is one area where expence really starts to mount up, some of the interesting changes from original spec are Built engine from new block with Brian Crower rods, ARP head bolts and studs new oil pump and water pump all new gaskets 272 in and 272 ex HKS cams Titanium retainers Uprated valve springs T04R turbo changed to a T67DBB for quicker spooling and a bit more top end power Fuel system changed to include full braided lines from tank to FPR, also increased cc on injectors to 865cc from 650cc 19" Blitz alloys changed for 18" Weds with Toyo tyres for traction and handling improvement Fuel filter change to an Aeromotive for better flow Water injection added for cooler charge temps NOS added and will be mapped for faster spool then shuts down AEM engine management with AEM digital readout My point really is that these projects never really end , and that you really have to be ready to keep on spending, it is great fun and can be very rewarding but be prepared to have an expensive journey getting there from a stock car First thing would be to talk to a reputable tuner and explain what you want from the car and then talk about what your budget is and you will have an idea then where you can take it Good luck mate and keep us posted
  16. Looks very very nice, not going to make my red one any easier to sell
  17. Good on you for being different, would not last 5mins with the speed bumps around my way
