  1. I've got a manual SZ-R. I've done 6.9 with a passenger, so I think mid 6's is reasonable under the right conditions (and by that I don't mean downhill).
  2. It would be more than woth the effort for Toyota to stop the club using the logo. As we're not claiming it's ours, selling to the general public or, as a company would, using the logo for the purposes of profit, I don't think use of the logo is legally restricted. We reproduce it "to order" making it arguable that it is for private use. But most of all, it doesn't make marketing sense to stop us from using it as it would breed contempt. Just look at the bad press Disney got when their lawyers laid into that primary school where the kids painted Mickey on the wall. Anyone with a legal qualification may correct me on any of the above statement.
  3. I do a some freelance work with illustrator. If you're still looking, tell me what he's after and I'll give you a quote. And yes, you can just pm me.
  4. I'm not really in any position to comment.

  7. Paul's right about the oil cooler. When you really push a road car, the oil temperature normally rises which in turn, raises the engine tempetature. Oil coolers are the main thing that get fitted to competition production class cars to cope with that. I couldn't tell you if your intercooler was designed to do that but if not, as Paul said, fitting one should solve the problem.
