Here is my mint condition 94 Metallic Bronze JDM RZ TT Speed. The car was imported and fully converted by Vine Place and bought by myself in early March 2006. I immediately had it undersealed and fitted with a CAT 1 alarm and Immobiliser and it has been garaged ever since and only used as a 2nd car during the summer months only. It was bought a with a BIMTA verified approx 54,000 mileage and it has currently only covered around 59,000 miles but I will confirm the exact mileage when I add more pics later. The car was imported mechanically standard and only had the styling parts, lowered springs and Turbo Timer fitted. Since then I have raised the spec to BPU+ level running 1.2bar of boost but the car has never been dynoed, tracked or dragged! I am putting the car off the road again for the winter at the end of Aug so I am in no hurry to sell and think the price reflects the condition and spec appropriately and I am also in no hurry to sell. The car is MOT'd till March 2008 and the only slight bad points are scuffing on the front splitter due to the low ride height and at scuff on the rear of the n/side side skirt. I have a similar question. I have just fully decatted my J spec TT and already have a Blitz NUR Spec R exhaust. I am only seeing 12/13psi with this fitted along with a 1.2bar RR. Am I better to remove the RR and see how the boost reacts or will I keep it fitted and just raise the boost using a boost controller?

I've checked the lines to the expansion tank and they are running downhill from the rad and are clear. The radiator cap is also OK. I used the top off a bottle sitting in the top of the rad and filled it with water and there was no bubbles visible so i thought the system was bled completely, took the car for a drive and when I came home again there was steam pouring from the rad and from somewhere underneath the engine. Does this indicate that I have a leak somewhere letting air into the system?

I fitted the Greddy 2 row bought in Nics group buy. It comes with a smaller expansion tank which is relocated to beside the battery.

Whats the proper method of bleeding the coolant system?

There is no mayo gunk around the oil filler cap I've already checked. How could the head gasket be OK one minute before fitting the IC then be blown with the car idling?

I have just fitted a Greddy FMIC to my Supra 6 speed and am now having problems with steam coming out the top of the rad and the coolant bubbling and boiling. Is it just a case of bleeding the system as there were no problems before I fitted the FMIC? When this happens the temperature gauge doesnt rise above halfway.

I didn't attend as my Supra isnt ready yet! I've just had a RPS Sport street clutch and RPS flywheel fitted and I've still to fit my Walbro, decat pipes and 1.2 bar rr, Greddy FMIC kit, Thor FCD, colder plugs and full UK Spec brake upgrade. Once this is all fitted its then getting a service, cambelt change and then will be used in anger at Crail and Knockhill at last!
