Hi Jake,yes its an auto.I am looking for £10,000.It sounds a lot,but the condition is really very good and if it needs anything,it gets it.Im not in a position where I need to sell it,I just seem to have too many cars!

I owned a Triumph tr 8 that was done by Overfinch in 1990.They bought a brand new 3.9 ltr Range Rover to do as their demonstrator,the 3.9 came out and went into the TR and they put a chevy in the Range Rover.The workmanship was rubbish,so Im not surprised there is no under bonnet pictures.It was their one and only attempt at a TR7 to TR 8 conversion......Lets hope they have improved.

I can cut you a ring made from Carbon fibre if you want.All you need to supply is 2 dimensions and I will cut it from some flat sheet. You would have to bond it to the dash or send me your dash and I will bond it for you?

Got back half an hour ago.Ive been trapped there since Friday the 1st! I was working for Creation with their new car.Each driver had a go at crashing,so on the bodywork front,I was kept busy. It was a shame as all the team has put so much effort in to the project over the last few months. Roll on the next one......

Im selling mine as I fancy a change,Ive got 3 cars which is just plain greedy,so as far as my head is at the moment,the Triumph tr8 is going and the Supra.I must admit,the wife is not too happy about me selling the Supra so I hope really deep down,nobody buys it.

Driving into Guildford this afternoon and spot 2 kids,must be about 10-12yrs old throw something at the boxster that is infront of me,then they throw something at my passenger window. I decide to carry on to the end of the road and turn-around. They are in the same spot still throwing things at the cars that are passing.I eased of the throttle,waiting for a gap then indicate and pull over,they both look around and spot this black Supra heading right for them.The jaw-drop and sprint of these 2 kids was soooo funny....Bastards.

As above this afternoon.Car was j-spec with big cris cross style wheels.

Well,I will be heading out on Thursday the 31st of May.Just thought Id mention that.This means that Im trapped there until the 18th June.......ho hum.

Same here,I worked with him in the states 2 yrs ago,the Ferrari that we were racing(that he owned)got knocked off the circuit and was written off.Very nice guy actually....

I was merely stating a fact Jody!The wording that was used does not threaten anyone.It may be read either way,half empty/half full if you know what I mean.If this was a court matter it wouldnt get too far! Also your wording in your last post is somewhat different to the original. Now Im not trying to aggrivate you or the situation,it is just the fact that in my business I get to meet all kinds of people. There are so many times that I hear stories from some members of one team talking about such and such,and when you as a person were actually there when such and such was said,it always gets told differently. With regards to how I threaten people,I dont need to. If this guy is doing something wrong to the extent that you are not happy,why dont you tell him?Why pretend to be a potential buyer,this I cant really understand. In my life I am a straight talker,I say what I feel I need to say,this ensures that you never get misunderstood.

Just had to comment.I didnt see any threats at all in his reply? Am I dumb? I saw a mention that he will be in the area,but that is all. Please correct me if Im wrong. I dont know the guy so just read the thread out of interest. With regards to people being miffed at someone selling something at a profit,if you are left a house in a will,possible your parents house,do you hold the view that you must give it away? I ask this as you didnt pay for it,so I would assume that you couldnt possibly sell it for a profit.Just a thought.

I personally would use my diamond tipped cutting wheel.I did my previous supra bonnet with ease. I use this tool in my job for cutting carbon-fibre. If anyone wants theirs done,let me know. Naturally there would be a charge as it is my business.

Yeah Doug,will try to sort something ref a meet up.Only problem for me is that I do Composite work and as Im sure you are aware LMP 1 cars are all composite. Simon came to vist me last year only to see me dragged off to another team who were in trouble,so didnt even get 2 mins for a chat!!!
