  1. Just got a Dell Inspiron 1520, I am well impressed with it so far. It's a bit above the budget you have, but it's quite well specced, they do them for around £299-399 too. Mine has 2.2ghz core 2 duo, 250gb hard drive, 2gb ram, wi-fi, bluetooth, 15.4" wxga with truelife, vista home premium.
  2. OR say you're recording an hour long program. Record it then start watching it about fifteen minutes later. Skip through the breaks and it will finish at roughly the same time as the original program, ideal if you still want to get to bed at the same time.

    Matt H

Jeez, sorry to hear this man. I know people always say it, but it's only a car. As you say, at least you are in one piece, and all the right bodyparts still work. These feckers really piss me off. If I find out who keyed my car too, maybe we could have NW knocking heads meet.
  4. We have been looking for a 15" LCD tv/dvd combo for our little girl fro Xmas. There's a pink Alba one in Argos but there doesn't seem to be one in stock within 70 miles or so. Anybody seen any whilst out on there travels. There is a pink 19" Sony one available but it's about £350. Ideally I don't want to spend anymore than £200, I know Cello also do one but again I can't find anywhere with stock. I had this problem at the weekend trying to get hold of a pink DS for my other daughter.
  5. There's some new ones on EBay, I think they are £85
  6. Good food there, did you see the fish they do. It always cracks me up, it hangs off both ends of the plate usually. Did many turn up??

The Zafira GSi Turbo looks very nice. And does 0-60 in about 7 seconds or something
  8. Couldn't make it to this in the end, sorry to anyone who went. By the time I got back home from town it wouldn't have been worth going.
  9. At lunchtime today. I saw a silver one go past me in the town centre, may have been an auto too. It looked like the end of the reg was something like NWD or NSD.

  14. So who is going tomorrow then, am I on my own?? Although I will be inside from about 12:45 watching the Liverpool game
  15. Yep is it a dark grey colour, if so it was deffo you. I stood at the credit union office for 2 bar-steward hours. I rung him up he said I'll be open all day. Got there and all was locked up. What a gimp. Anyway the top wages women ("ring Janet" on your payslip) waited for an hour and a half. As she was going she said, he might have some problems with his pay this month I like her style
