thanks maz!!! cont'd from previous page (had to post here as only 10 pics per post allowed) - tDR a quick 10 mins under the grill took care of the cold!! lol then out to the shed again and another clean with meths and it was time for primer i had to use etch primer (see above prev posts) then into the hall hanging next to the radiator to dry then under the grill for another heat and back to the shed for color then again on the radiator to dry once dry you have a finished product!!!walla!!! well i told you it was long winded but i shure hope it helps anyone that wants a refurb!!! oh and to clean the polished lip you need a brillo pad and loads of elbo grease once its all clean brasso and a shit load more elbo grease!!!lol enjoy youre refurbs guys!! alex it should look like this the end!!! thank you im here all week!!! hehe

nige i have endless pads on the j-spec brake set up and with a fluid change to dot 5.1 the diffrence was awsome totally diffrent brakes id recommend to anyone speek to gaz at envy he will sort you out i even got mine in 2 days very prompt ! give him a call alex

this is going to be long!!!! lol anyway first of all i took the wheel to the local tyre shop and had them break the bead on the wheel for me so i could completely strip the wheel. then i took all the rim bolts out then i took the wheel apart it should look like this then i took the centre and started to strip the old paint off i used nitro morse paint stripper for the job apply a coat and leave it for a bit then i done it again and again untill all the paint was off the wheel then i gave the wheel a final clean up with the drill and sandpapper buff then a quick clean with meths but thinners is better for the job pause for breath!! then i took the wheel and heated it in the oven as it was bloody cold and paint dont dry in the cold!! cont'd...

well aw done and on the car!!!! what do you think?

yea i had to strip off the normal primer and used 1k etching primer and it worked a treat! my arm is killing me though those outer rims took alot of polishing to get them that clean!!!

i recon it could be for the ejector seat or poss oil slick???

i just took out insurance with sky today! i only sent jae a p.m he gave me a quick call took a few details and gave me a better quote by £40 very helpfull, polite, guarinteed value, like for like on all my mods all done and dusted within 30 mins! cant ask for better from anybody or anywhere i would defo recomend to anyone:) plus they seem to know what they are talking about and last but not least you get to deal with people in THIS country not some call centre in europe somewhere alex:)

im gonna pop down to this too so my wee boy can watch all the cool cars;) will be in the van though as the supra is at the paint shop!
