Guys ive just thought of this. I ONLY want a turbo supra, and never look at N/A supras. However theres a lot of mint condition NAs floating around for quite cheap. I cant afford a mint turbo atm but could afford a mint NA. Is it right that a NA-T converted supe is pretty good? Im thinking that it would maybe worthwhile to get a nice NA now, then get the conversion when i got the extra bux. Whats more is the turbos will be brand new and I wont be running the risk of buying a supe with turbos that have done ~80k miles. And hopefully ill have a lower milage car. What do you think?

If the question is comparing them to manuals, there should be no diff as the hiss as it only happens when foot comes off the gas. Thats about right aint it?

Should I stay with a standard clutch, please help

I read something on another supra forum about "its an absolute must to upgrade your clutch for 6 speed manual bpu". I was a bit confused by this, as I wouldnt have thought that the stock clutch would have been ok considering you only have a bit extra bhp. -

I heard it will massively drop in price with demand. I also heard that there is one place out of 10 manufacturing this, with more demand obviously the economy of scale will increase dropping prices. If its more power for less money hurrah

Guys, if i wanna rotate my wheels (front wheels getting more wear), I take it i can just move them around (front to back and vice versa) and this wont require me to get the wheels tracking done? I noticed those small weight thingys on the back wheel, made me think. Ta.

lol. Why the hell do Americans have to have everything different...................................... Seems the same with everything. Any one care to elaborate on what an average ish RWHP figure for a Jspec BPU would be if transmission was in good nick and everything else was stock except for BPU components. I asked a while back but dont think i got a good answer From looking round on the seach seems to be like 320-350. Ta ;D

Oh right I thought it was 280 bhp Jspec and 326 ish uk spec. Thats really cool. Whats a rough average bhp for a bpu jspec supe? 360-400 bhp? So the real difference is the amount of boost you use. The extra boost would be ok on stronger turbos such as the uk spec i take it.

I was just reading http://www.suprastore.com/supra/450hppackage.html and its saying that that BPU kit will kick out 430~460 rwhp. How come this figure is so high? Thought youd be looking at a conversion from 280->3xx on a jspec. Cheers

Hi, nice name Pantera ftw Yea make sure you can afford the servicing costs etc, but you can get an na (non turbo) for like 3-5k. Will drink petrol compared to a regular town car of 1.6 liter calibre ;D

Dunno i woulda thought 6.5 was cheap for 70k miles. Think the only thing that would put off non-comunity members would be the milage on Vil's supe. Not sure really take an average off autotrader, id rekon it would be maybe 6-7. you dont wanna go cheaper than that really do you.

LOl how come supes have no boot space whatsoever? Whats underneath that makes the metal work come up so high? Whats the soundproofing for btw? Exhaust?
