I didnt know the nur had abaffle kewl.How low does it hang on your car as i have lots of speed humps near me also have you any media clips of the sound it makes.

Well gonna spend a big lump of my hard earned cash in the new year on a s/s exhaust(cat back) i want one that has the removeable muffler insert as i leave for work at 05:30 and dont want to be lynched by my neighbours,but i do want to to wake the dead at the weekend hehehe. So could any of the traders on here give me prices and options,my money is waiting for the most suitable and best price

I had 4 quotes for a 94 n/a and 3 of those quoted me on a mk3 even when i gave them the reg number they still quoted me for a mk3. IMO the quote you got is for a mk3 i very much doubt that any ins company would touch a 19yr old and the ones that did would be 3k plus but if your quote is genuine then i stand corrected p.s i am 33 and have 10yrs ncb and mine was 500:(

Just finished cleaning my plastic yellow headlights but i only used t cut on the outside lense and they have come up like new!! Didnt think this would work and was all set to take them out and bake them but i dont think i need to now. Here are some pics but they dont really do them justice 1st pic is left light cleaned and right light not cleaned other 2 pics are of cleaned lights

Does not seem to matter what you do with autobox it has no power below 5k but when it was cold and on choke it felt like a different car much more pull from low revs

I posted a while ago about lack of power below 5000rpm ,a lot of you with n/a supras had the same problem.Well i was pulling out of work today and had not warmed the car up fully and i had to put foot down to nip into a gap in the traffic and car bloody flew up the road so much so i nearly hit the car in front. im guessing that the problem of lack of power is fuel related as car was still on choke has anyone else noticed this? p.s no smart arse jokes about it being an n/a so it would never have any power!! You guys know who you are:p

Hi all has anyone had a powerflow exhaust fitted they are doing a cat back system for my mates surf and its only costing £250 fitted.Sounds a good price thought i may enquire about the supra as i cant afford £500 for a nur or hks system.

You say you let glow plugs go 3 times but have you checked each glow plus to see if they are actually working.i used to have a hilux surf which had two glow plugs burnt out and this was a bitch to start in the cold,replaced them and started first time

How loud would a std exhaust be with both cats removed and would you still feel a difference if i left std exhaust on

james i have a 306 hdi estate,bloody brilliant it goes pretty well and gives back 50mpg no matter how you drive it.Prob be better on a run

unfortunatly not £50 of fuel = 175 miles 90p a litre i know autos are not as good as manuals but 14mpg is s**t it seems very flat until 5k then pulls like a train anyone reccomend a good tune shop in cornwall
