Hey ppl. Another newbie question im afraid! Have looked in the FAQ but no luck. And you'll probably slap me for how dumb this is. Last night needed to use the washer jets for the first time! And could I work out how to, no! Pulled and pressed everything I could but no water came out. What should I be doing? I havnt had a chance to check the washer bottle yet cos the car is in the garage today getting a new alarm fitted, but will check later when i get it home. Thankyou

lol, it was like Mad Max 4 are the petrol station last night, everyone trying to get infront of everyone else and pushing in just to get a can of the black stuff!!!

Sorry for this not being in the technical area, but I havent signed up properly yet, will do it in the next few days... Tonight was the first time I've driven the new Supe at night. And forgive me if this is a stupid question but then it could be one of them crazy Jap ideas like having the indicators on the right hand side of the steering column! Ok, when I turn my sidelights/main beam on, all the dash lights apart from the clock and trip dull in colour! Not like a battery drain dull, its a definate change. Surly it should be the other way round, dull dash lights during the day, that come on much brighter when I turn the lights on??? Im having the speedo changed this weekend, so if its something you guys think is wrong, I'll have the dash lights looked at at the same time. Cheers ppl

hey mine are looking a little but rusty aswell! when it happend to my gf's car, i used CIF cream and a hard tooth brush. so was gonna give that a try on the Supe...

have only been driving the car for 3 days Supra-man. still driving it like i have miss daisy in the back! haha. its seems ok though.

erm, cant remember what wheels they are. i'll check tonight, i didnt choose them, i think the dealer i got the car from got a job lot of them, cos he had fitted the same ones to a R33 and Evo4. there not exactly to my taste to tell the truth, so i'll probably change them soon.

Ive always used the autoglym products and rainwater for final rinse before shammy. I used the flash system on my GF car and it really didnt do much.

Spotted my first Sup since owning one myself. Yesterday (Sunday) afternoon about 2ish. Sorry if colour is wrong, im colour blind but defiantly a silver'ish colour. I was coming from London Road Benfleet, I think you came off the A13, followed you in my Black Sup down the A130 for a little. Couldn't catch up, as still getting used to my car.

im confused. my 1994 RZ has retractable mirrors! and i thought they were only available on the later models!

would we use it for the underside of the cars? someone told me that cos im buying a jap import, they havnt done something to the underneath of the car, meaning it could rust if im not carefull! of course, they could have been talking a load of rubbish.

those likwid art ones look cool. how easy are they to fit? it is just sticky tape, or have they got locating pins?

yeh i know what ya mean. i waited for ages for the one, and i was lucky to get it, a guy turned up to buy it whilst i was test driving it, so they offerd me the car first and of course i said yes. but if ya close enough defiantly check out the Jap place in southend.

yup i walked away, i didnt even bother asking to see the inside or take it for a ride after i saw the state of the outside!

Hey firepool, that sounds like the supra down the a12 near witham am i right? i had a look at that and walked away! its taken me 8 months to find the perfect car. bought mine last saturday from a Jap place in Southend.
