Yea obviously you would need a beefcake compressor, some actually use fridge compressors, but other than that is there anything else you would need?

Hmm I was going to do a test pice, people in the states use a vacum cleaner and bag to add pressure to the mould, cant see how you would add pressure (other than vacum) to a mould any other way? http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1033872

Does anyone know of any companies that sell carbon fibre? Not the pre-resin waver thin sheets, but the proper weave as I want to have a crack and fabricating some items but everywhere just has the pre-fabbed stuff only place I found was in the states, there must be someone in the UK? cheers, Hob

found out it is genuine, but just the "older" one, exactly the same just oxidized a bit.

I ordered a second radiator (busted first one) from an ebay guy (100% feedback etc) and it turned up today but its different its not shiny it has a KOYO logo but it's raised and not embossed (as other one) Doesn't have front sprayed racing flag I can take pictures if required, does it sound legit?

does "type S" make any sense? I think this is the correct fitment, its for a koyo rad, so I'm not too sure on the fitment as i dont have it yet.

Trying to find a company or model called "HKT" think its a Japanese manufacturer but can't find any more info on it: pic They make rad caps (High pressure 1.3 ones as well) anyone know the company/where you can buy them? Cheers, Hob

If it came from the USA via USPS---> Parcel Force who is responsible? It's going to cost waaaaay too much to send it back to the US and probably happened via parcelforce in the UK anyway (they had it for over 2 weeks )

Does anyone know how easy it is to claim from a courrier company assuming you have insured the item for say £340 and it turns up dented, how easy is it to claim? do you need any proof of the items value (even though you are insuring it) cheers for any help

*edit* does captive simply mean that it is fixed to the underside of the spoiler, rather than it being "loose" between bolt>spoiler>nut?

I have been told that my rear spoiler contains "captive" nuts or thread or something to that extent. What exactly are captive nuts and what do they do?, as far as I can see they are just 2 mm of tiny thread I would have thought it would have been better to have a full thread to secure it? Is there a way you can tell a captive nut? from a stock one (just to confirm) and are there special bolts or the way to tighten them over stock ones? Cheers for any help

I'm importing a koyo radiator from the States, and have checked and it is getting charged import duty/vat/parcel force bonus etc My question is, since it has been in transit for over 2 1/2 weeks, if I pay all the duty etc and find out there is a massive dent/damage to the radiator what are my options? will I get charged all the trimmings again, even though it's a replacement? cheers for any help.
