Just my 0.02.. I, like many here, had always vowed never to buy and own an Automatic anything. Then I went to see a soop, it was a fantastic spec (bit too expensive ) but was an auto but i thought I might as well test drive it as I had travelled to see it (well another but that was a dog but at the same garage) and i was plesently suprised. I have owned a 6 speed and that's fantastic but so is the auto but in a different way. As others have said, you have to give it a go. Shaun.

I have been suffering all summer and just noticed this morning (for the first time this year) that my Supe has Gnats again ! I don't know if any of you guys with bright colours get the unwanted attention but for some reason my car always attracts them and makes it look like it has black spots all over it. Now there could be one of two reasons for this, 1) my car is attacking them like flies to **t or as I prefer to think - 2) they think they have it the Gnats equivalent of the lotto and found the biggest flower this side of Alan Titmarsh's greenhouse. (it's not a poll btw:) ) Little flying buggers Shaun.

Thanks Guys .very kind comments Ideally I would like to change the bonnet to an Abflug, but there's other mods I would like first and anyway, it's not too bad for now ! Funny how people mention about cleaning ...... it's a pain in the arse ..... I have to wash it before i go out and then after i come back cos I'm fussy and have always thought a nice car should be at it's "Sunday Best". Yellow gets dirty quickly, I bet some of you guys with White ones have the same problems ?? Good job the old supe has enough curvy lines to make it a pleasure to wash - you know, washing a Supra is like making love to a beautiful woman .... Shaun.

First off ... Let me say congratulations and Thank You - every one of you here. I have been a silent member here for a good few months now and found it to be, firstly a very friendly place (I feel like I know some of you I have read that much .. lol) and secondly VERY informative and useful for a numptyness like me and thought it about time to introduce myself as it seems the trend at the moment ..so Hello ! Car details as in the sig .... and before I get the "This Thread is Worthless ... " comments : http://img441.imageshack.us/img441/2967/thewasp5db.jpg Had her about 5 months and She's my second Supe TT, my old J-Spec was just a standard Silver with no mods and that was about 3 years ago, THIS car is a breath of fresh air. I have read past threads and I know the Veilside kit and big wing and the colour yellow is not to everyone's taste (and when all together even worse ) but each to their own and please don't hold it against me ! I look forward to meeting so of you and "chatting" in the future. Shaun.
