i think a lot of people just remove it mate, but yes i think it would make the front end a little weaker in the event of an impact.

i wouldn't say a lot more, and you'd find the TT a little more reliable i think mate. have thought about the na-t route myself but it doesn't make much sense, especially if you have a tight budget to stick to.

you should be about 220bhp as standard (given the year of your car). best thing to do is sort the exhaust out as you've asked in previous threads. a good cat-back exhaust and remove the cats should add some power and make it more responsive. after that i'd improve brakes with decent pads and fresh fluid.
