  1. hiya keron, any charge that is for a breach of contract. with any company. for example. bounced direct debits. unauthorised overdrafts, late payments, have a look in the forum itself there is loas of info in there http://www.consumercorner.co.uk/forum its amazing what you can claim for
  2. Over £100,000 claimed back successfuly, i have also started my own forum now, as the other one was getting out of hand with their members, so as we have very few mambers yet would be grateful for the support, and for those that have joind the other site, you can switch to mine hope to see some of you claiming your hard earnt cash back very soon
  3. pleased to see quite a few of you are registering now and on the way to getting your money back. on monday i will be filing a judgement by default for £2030. and sending in the bailiffs to take their chairs and computers away lol.
  4. he is a cheating piece of scum, that has far to much to say for himself. he went on that pitch to get rooney sent off, did no one else see the headbutt to rooney before the start that was purely to wind him up but rooney didnt react one bit, then the wink was just to say job done boss he is a greasy smarmy self righteous p***k, and i would laugh my head off if he was killed.
  5. http://www.consumercorner.co.uk has helped members to succesfully claim over £78,000 back as of yesterday
  6. usual response they wont admit they were wrong, but they pay up as a goodwill gesture. how nice of them. how many times have you ever known a bank to pay out thousands of pounds of their money that they have every right to keep, just to be nice. well done thorin
  7. over £6000 won back today
  8. yep you certainly can, in fact any charge at all unless it is for a service such as setting up an overdraft or interest applied to genuine amounts. and it is not just banks and credit cards. get yourself in there and start claiming.
  9. hi whitesupraboy2, yes i have, 1 paid up straight away, allthough i have taken two others to court, and they are just hoping i get bored and go away. (which i wont) you will not lose they are breaking the law its as simple as that, and they will not go to court, because they cannot provide what we ask them for. and when they lost this would set a presidence that would open up the flood gates. if they could win in court they would defend. they cant win and always settle up in full with your terms at the very latest before the court hearing. but on most occasions well before that. it really is easy. with the help of the forum. i should also add the main website www.consumercorner.co.uk mods : hope i am doing nothing wrong here just trying to help people out
  10. your money peejay. get it back
  11. hi all, would there be any chance of having a link from this site to the penalty charges forum for a short while so that people get to know about it, and let the word spread that you can claim your money back. it is 100% none profit and probably a great help to people on here, as i am sure it already has been to some. just in case anybody is wondering. i havent been on here much because of an operation i have had an not been able to drive the supe for 6 months(apart from once when i risked it ) and it depressess me, reading about it. have lost my business and the penaltycharges forum has helped me get out of a bad situation, so its close to my heart. anyway just trying to say, still love the place and will be back soon. anyhelp promoting the forum would be a major help, and much appreciated. the code is here for link. link for forum is here http://www.consumercorner.co.uk
  12. thats fair enough, at least your on your way to getting your money back
  13. let me know what you changed as if you have found a mistake then i can rectify it, but these letters are working hands down. and are termed legally. once again please register and mention the forum. ps.you will probably find that they will fight it because they will be hoping you will get scared and back off.
  14. all i can say to all of you wether it is £30 or £12,000 (as is one case) register on the forum mention this forum in 'how id you find this site' and get your letters sent off. the letters are already written for you as templates, if you have to take them to court it costs you nothing as you claim costs back as well. its your money and you will get it back. simple as that. even if it is just £30 its better spent on 1/2 tank of petrol than on champagne by them by the way it is not just banks, store cards, catalogues, loans, credit cards, phone companies, in fact any one that adds charges.
  15. hi all, there are some disgusting stories on there about banks charging, one person had her overdraft taken off her without any notice the day she had her monthly wages paid in, so they took all of her wages to pay her (unauthorised) overdraft. it is so easy to do. take a look here http://www.consumercorner.co.uk. get your money back and treat the supe
