I had a B&M on my current car (not a Supra), and it was fantastic. It does make it heavier to shift, but you soon get used to it. Worth every penny i'de say

Will be in a very similar situation in a few months hopefully, will be looking for a TT manual for about 8-9k. All the cars ive seen on here seem to be 10k+, is it possible to get a good condition TT manual for less than 9k?
