lockys96
its probably fine, just this guy doesnt know what he is on about. its probably just standard fibreglass underneath, and he thinks its not smooth
Rayman
does anyone know what i could use to repair carbon fiber ? i may need to sort out the underside of the bonnet That stuff they use to build custom sub boxes! That you slap on wet and it dries up maybe that would do ok. Would that work Lockys?

Branners
some of the bonnets are CF on top and just standard fibreglass underneath. So if you have to fix the underneath of the bonnet then just use fibreglass and then paint over it. If its an 'all CF' bonnet then thats trickier. supra steveo
hope its an easy job the guy said that it was the frame on the underside has come away but he said it would fix up with that stuff you put on windsreens, he also said the outer top side is in very good condition, i want to have it so that if fits on the car without the bonnetpins and uses the original clamps to hold it down and i am probabily going to spray it the same colour as the car. has any one got any pictures of a silver bomex kitted supe with a carbon TRD bonnet?
