Nic
Had a pair of Michelin Pilot Sports (18/35/285) fitted on the rear the other day. Not had the chance to try them in the wet yet, but very impressed with them in the dry so far. Much better than the Pirrelli P-Zerro Rosso I had on before and the Bridgestone SO-2's before that. Some of this may have to do with the new suspension set up also. Thanks to all those that recommended them, whose advice I went with I would definitely recommend them to others. Nic
Nothing marked on them to say they are N2's.
Barney
Had them on my MK3 Soop and they were excellent, would be interested to hear your comments once you have had a chance to drive the car.
JustGav
I've been running them for almost 2 months, and I find them far better than f1 GS03..... Bit slippery when cold...but damn they grip when warmed up.. Gav
Guest Terry S
I assume we are talking about the PS2's not the originals. Nic the N2 is a softer Porsche compound

Guest Terry S
AFAIK the PS2 is 6 Months oldish. Supposed to be far better that the first. It will have it written on the tyre I think

Bobbeh
Did you get N2 spec Nic? You talking about the Pirellis or the Michelins? If the Pirellis, the N2's are old, they were on N4's last year.

Bobbeh
Yeah, i was just enquiring, when I picked mine up they were N4, and the old ones were N2, ie, Porsche tested tyres for 2004 (n4)/2002 (n2) I thought? Are you saying they're djust ifferent compounds and the number doesnt represent a model upgrade or something? Just wondering
Guest Terry S
Yes they are different compounds etc. I had 3 different N specs P Zero's on the back of the purple car and prefered the N2's hence me suggesting N2's.
