shaz2010
I'm getting 4 new tyres fitted on Wednesday as the current ones are finished! So I've been getting a little wheel hop (sometimes) and a little pull to the left slightly and my tyres have been wearing faster than normal since putting the eibatch springs on. So had a free day today and popped into quick fit as they have a hunter 4 wheel alignment. Here's the results. They wanted 125 quid to get it sorted back to factory settings. I've booked it in at Revolution (Gateshead) on Thursday (so new tyres will be on)as a seen a few of the toon lads have used them before. So here's my question what settings shall I go for (stock) or modified ? Is it bad ? Cheers shaz
Dnk
I personally wouldn't take a wheelbarrow to quickfit
Dnk
If i'm reading it right you have toe out on the front when it should be toe in and on the rear you have toe in on the n/s rear and toe out on the offside This is my set up on Eibachs
shaz2010
I personally wouldn't take a wheelbarrow to quickfit A know dunk it's just there was no spaces left at revolution to have a check so they done it for free at quickfit. I'm the same mate a wouldn't let them start messing with me car! I've got it booked in at revolution next Thursday it's been recommended Yes a think that's what I read as well, how was yours handling wise after after you changed the set up? As you ran the same springs. So if I just show them your print out and ask for the same ?
Dnk
It worked just fine for me but my car was on 19's and with TRD roll bars
shaz2010
Ah ok, so what do you think is best just go as close as stock setup as possible. As all I've changed is the springs still running stock 17s and stock size tires.
