drnas78
Would toyota dealers keep this on the shelf or would they need to order. I take it this would be better then : ATF Dexron (halfords etc)
Pixelfill
They don't keep it on the shelves, they will need to order and it is about £20 for 5 litres. Is it better than Halfrauds Dexron? I have no idea, but it's the recommended fluid so it's good enough for me. Mike

oilman
Weve got one, the Amsoil synthetic ATF http://www.opieoils.co.uk/p-1052-amsoil-synthetic-automatic-transmission-fluid-atf.aspx You get MKIV discount too. Cheers Guy.
Chris Wilson
Brown auto transmission fluid is contaminated transmission fluid, from burnt up brake bands and clutches. Changing the oil is a waste of money, it needs another gearbox and converter and the cooler flushing out properly. A gearbox and converter rebuild will be FAR more than a good used box and converter.
