Tricky-Ricky
Thought everything was going to well, did about 80-100 mls yesterday, thought i would just check things under the bonnet, notice a small amount of what looked like dried coolant on my shiny rad pipe, looked like it had been sprayed there by the fan, looked at the expansion tank and it looks like it has used a little coolant, maybe 1/2 pint, also had a very slight splatter on the underside of the bonnet, also off the fan, so it looks like the rad may be starting to leak/spray a little water:( Not what i need at the moment as i' am skint for a little while, so the burning question is whats the cheapest option for replacing the rad? of course i would like a nice alloy one, but i presume they are going to be not exactly cheap, so can anyone give me the options? Nic
Are you sure the coolant is leaking from the rad? Before buying a new rad I'd find where the leak actually is.

I'm too tight not to do that Nic;) going to run it up to temp and then watch it for a bit, if that doesn't work i take it for a short drive and see if that provokes it, RAC recovery card in the back pocket;)
JohnnyW
If it does need replace I'd recommend this company: http://www.carcooling.co.uk/catalog/Toyota_Supra_86_99-1217-1.html I got my auto TT rad from them, excellent radiator and it was next day delivery. You can order different core thickneses's aswell.
