L reg j-spec na auto

Okay the time has finally come to sell my car.

After a lot of thinking recently, i have decided the best possible option will be to sell it and buy a tt!

So here it is...

As it says above it's a L reg j-spec na auto. It'd done about 80k miles. It was lowered back in Japan, so not sure which springs ad shocks were used. It also has genuine Top Secret skirts and spats. Has proffessionally tinted windows all round.

Rays Volk Racing C-Ultra alloys. They're 8.5 J fronts (235/45/17) and 9.5 J rears (255/40/17). Brand new tyres fitted 16/02/2010. One of the centre caps is missing, but i'm going to look for it. Should be in my garage.

Top Secret sideskirts and spats.

Electric aerial.

JVC head unit with USB/ipod input.

Alpine speakers all round.

Also got a pioneer double din cd/cassette which came with the car. (This is out of the car now, but, i'll include it in the sale ;))

6 months MOT.

I've also had hand controls fitted last July. They are jeff Gosling push/pull manual ones. They have 2 1/2 years left on them. So if they mess up, you can get them repaired straight away. :D

I'm going to add more info as i remember it.

This has been up for a while now, remember seeing it on PH several weeks ago. Quite surprised that it hasnt gone yet, well priced and looks good too. Wonder if the hand controls might be putting some people off? Maybe some more details or info on the controls would help- people might be unneccesarily concerned about them?

My advice would be dont move too much on your price, try to be patient and a buyer will come along. Took 4-5 months for me to get my price (well, £100 less!) and Im glad I held off as it ended up being a hassle-free sale and going to an enthusiast too.

GLWS and free bump.

Thanks for that. The reason i bought this car was mainly because of the looks. I fell in love with the color and the kit. :D Haven't seen any for sale with the same kit on. Even the tt's i've considered buying have different styling and i'll probably have to find a new Top Secret kit and have it fitted to my new car. The other option is to keep it and get a na-tt or turbo conversion done.

It probably is the hand controls that are putting people off. But these don't make a difference at all. I use them because i can't use my legs when driving. These can be easily removed if someone really wants, but the car can still be driven with the foot pedals as normal. I had mine fitted by Jeff Gosling in Stockport. My cousin drove the car there and back on the m62 without a problem. You can see the controls in the pics for my car's interior. More info can be found here.

I'll add a pic showing controls don't get in your way at all.
