JAE 2008 - Tickets now available

JAE 2008!

Thursday August 28th - Sunday 31st

• What: We have arranged a club stand for 100 cars and ample camping on stand. At the moment this is exclusive to supras althou jap support vehicles are allowed but will be politely 'parked off to one side of the stand'. Non supra owning club members are allowed on the stand but will be set in their own area. More info can be found here.
   
   
  
• Cost: £14 per person for a weekend ticket (thursday - sunday). £15 for Beer and food fund. Under 12's are £8 and under 5's go free. Payment will be taken up until 3rd of august and no later to ensure tickets are posted out to you in time. Tickets are available on the gate at an extra cost but you will not be allowed to park on the club stand nor participate in the beer and food fund. You will however be able to buy food from the club BBQ separately should you wish. You are allowed 1 'lesser non supra owning friend/partner' to buy a ticket via the club but they will not be able to park their car on the club stand unless or course it is a supra! Also please note, the earliest you will be able to come is Friday 29th from 10am. The thursday is for the select few people helping out.

NB: All participants do so at their own risk. Reciept of payment will be deemed to mean you accept this and will also follow any safety/etc rules set out for us on the day.

• How to pay: Please read carefully...
  
  1. PayPal whatever £ you're paying to the club PayPal account (PayPal account is [email protected]) with "JAE " as the reference. If you do not have paypal, and connot get someone to pay on your behalf then please PM me for Alternative payment methods.
      
     
  2. Once you've done that, send me a PM with ALL of the following info:
     
     • Your username
       
     • Any PayPal reference/email/etc details you are given when paying so I can tie-up who's paid with what payment
       
     • Exactly what you've paid and what for! (e.g. £29 for 1 person ticket and Beer/Food fund)
       
     • Driver's full (real) name
       
     • Make/model of vehicle
       
     • Vehicle registration
       

I will then add your name to the "PAID" list coming soon

Please remember to put your membership name (forum login ID) and a return address on the back of the cheque otherwise we may not be able to match it to your account.

 

Direct Money Transfer

 

You can pay directly in to the club bank account. Please note you must ensure you enter your mkiv Supra Owners Club login name [SteveR: AND "Llandow"] as the reference for the transfer. If this is not done we have no way of knowing who has paid and you will forfeit your payment as there is no other means of tracking your payment. It is also essential that you contact Homer when you have made the payment so we know to look out for it. The bank details are as follows:
