vvteye
Following the 6 speed conversion I have a USED full tiptronic set up for a vvti as follows: Recon gearbox (7000 miles) warrantied for 12000 or up to Oct '07 vvti tip ecu and thor delimiter steering wheel (with gear change buttons) pedal, gear stick and surround, rev counter with gear modes etc. in fact, everything you need. I assume I'll get more joy on American e-bay but thought I'd give you guys a shot at it first just in case someone has a project in mind that incorporates this rather idle way of driving

Pixelfill
A couple of assumptions here.. 1) I can't use this with a stock TT Auto (non-VVTi) 2) I can't afford this. prepared to be wrong on both accounts Mike

vvteye
you both may be pleasantly surprised how much I will be able to help you overcome your second assumption... the first though is far beyond my technical capability. I'll start assuming now that there would be no probs with the mechanical side but the electrics including ecu etc would be a mare! exits stage left and waits for competant person to comment! JustGav
Hmmmm, I'm not sure, but I'd assume if you had the correct pinouts, there may be a way of wiring the VVTi ecu to control the box just using the speed sensor inputs.. (Don't quote me on this, but it may be doable)..
