  1. Cheers, I'll be sorry to see her go, but I hope that within a couple of years I'll be getting another, or maybe a MkV!!
  2. Here are some more pics Also, I'm getting a lot of people asking for an idea of price, which I guess is fair. Luckily for me, I have time on my hand and I don't really need to sell the car until about May so I can afford to hold out for a fair (given the current market) price. Some of the people on here have suggested that car is worth a good amount of money, however, given the climate I have to be reasonable with the sort of price I'm looking at. With that in mind, I will be putting it in Autotrader soon for 16k. I'd prefer to sell it to someone on here as I feel it is more likely to go to someone who will care for it. There has already been a good amount of interest on the car and I don't really want to part with it for silly money just because someone 'heard of some guy who sold an NA for 3k, so yours can't be that much more expensive'. This is a lovely car with 'tasteful' mods. I say 'tasteful' because the wheels seem to be a bit of a marmite thing. You either love them or hate them. Hope this gives people more of an idea about the car.
  3. Cheers, It was all the better after getting your suspension on!
  4. Sorry its taken so long. Here are some internal pics, one in the day and a few I just took of the lights in the dark. I think you can even see the current mileage in one of them. 41.5k miles.
  5. Reluctantly it's time to sell my beloved baby as I just don't seem to have the time to spend with her these days and the loan payments are now needed to buy a house. This is a 1998R VVTi Facelift Manual TT Supra imported by JIC in July 2003. I bought the car in Feb 2004. The car has currently done approx. 41.5k miles. This car features the very special 'Shark' nosecone that JIC added to only a few cars, and it gets no end of attention from people. Other than the nosecone, the car has been modified as follows. 18" Blitz Technospeed Z1 Wheels with Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres. CW Decat pipes CW Custom Suspension (awesome) HKS Hyper Silent Exhaust Toyota Side Spats and Skirts APEXi Boost and Oil Temp Gauge in A-Pillar pod. Bee-R Rev Limiter RaceLogic Traction Control with Launch Control Clifford C650 Alarm with Intellistart Alpine CDA-9833R CD/MP3 Player Blue LED Dash conversion (courtesy of Emin) TRL FCD and Delimited Apart from some minor curbing to the wheels (not me) this car is in great condition. This car has been properly serviced by a variety of the friendly garages of members on here and all work carried out since I got the car has been of superb quality from the likes of Chris Wilson, Matt Harwood, etc... The best servicing parts used, like CW Fast Road pads, IK24 plugs, etc... Tax and MOT until June 2006. Please PM me any reasonable offers. Now you'll have to excuse me while I go off and cry over my pending loss. Will go in Autotrader end of next week if I can't find a buyer from here. And I'll try and attach some pictures when I get home tonight but here's a quick pic for now.
  6. Honestly, you go away for a few months and when you come back everyone is selling their cars!! Unfortunately I think I might have to do the same. The questions I have though are, 1) How much is it worth? (1 million dollars?) and 2) Where's best to sell it? (Ebay? Classifieds?, etc....) Quick run down of what she has 1998 RZ-S VVTi 6-speed manual (approx 44k, i think) Full CW Decat Full CW Suspension HKS Hyper Silent Exhaust TRL FCD Racelogic Traction Control IK24 plugs APEXi Boost Gauge and Oil Temp Gauge in Pillar Blue LED dial mod (as done by Emin) Alpine 9833R CD/MP3/Radio Clifford C650 with Intellistart BeeLine Adjustable Rev Limiter Blitz Technospeed Z1 (Gold/Silver) 18" wheels (with Goodyear Eagle F1 tyres) JIC 'Shark' nosecone, with Toyota side skirts and rear spats Serviced and MOT'd in June of this year. V.Good condition inside and out, only problems are some curbing on the wheels (not me), and a little scrape on the edge of the front bumper (might have been me ) Any help would be graciously appreciated (mostly by my other half)
  7. "Look!... I can make myself go crosseyed."
  8. Ironically, I wrote off my last car to 'Breathe' by the Prodigy. Go figure!!

    Bad taste Supra

I really can't understand people who buy cars like this and do such horrible things to it. Why would someone by a performance sports car and then delibrately ruin it. That mesh on the front bumper is so restrictive he's not gonna get any airflow through it. His car must be close to overheating in weather like this. I'd better stop before I lose it some more
  10. I have the concept 650 fitted on my car and if I unlock the car using the fob, then wait around for a while before actually turning the ignition on, it doesn't start... in fact nothing happens whatsoever. So I guess that's the immobiliser kicking in. At the moment I'm resorting to arming/disarming the car again and then starting it, but it is annoying and has lead to the alarm going off a few times 'by mistake' with me looking like a tool! Anyone have any bright ideas that won't make me look like a retard everytime I take too long to start the car?

    I got one

    Welcome, nice looking car.
  12. Saw an L-reg (ended PRR i think) in Basingstoke last night. Driven by a couple of girls. Anyone here?
  13. I know this is a slight hijack, but I have some Blitz Z1's. How do I know what width they are, which measurement is it exactly? A diagram or something would be cool. Also, Nick, how much were the Brembo's? (Are they both front and rear?)
