  1. Number 4 made me laugh, especially the camera mans "muttly" laughter. Also, check out these muppets from the same page... http://www.dailyhaha.com/_vids/super_drifting.htm
  2. Brucey was on Johnathan Ross the other night, he said they really did crash the car into the helicopter I also am looking foreward to seeing this.

    Dunlop SP9000?

Maybe yours were crap because they were second hand. Like i said earlier, it seems everyone has a different opinion, but i can't imagine they will have "little grip". I'll find out for myself soon though and if i'm wrong, well i'm sure i'll get over it

Best order your F1s nice and early then mate. As said before, they seem to be on back order everywhere i've tried to get them from.

Will do mate. The tyres will be in tomorrow, but i'm just refurbing the UKs i bought first. Maybe get them on saturday

    back panels

Ah, i see. This is not a part that can realistically be removed from a scrap car. By the time all the spot welds etc had been drilled out and all other welds cut, it really wouldn't be in good shape to refit. Tell your mate to just get a new one.

Not sure what you mean by Back Panel mate, may help if you elaborate But whatever it is i'm sure jez will have loads.

Sorted now, i tried a couple of local places that were recommended and found the same story with the F1s. One place in Norwich had the Falkens for £70 odd each so thought i'd give them a go
  9. It does annoy me quite a bit when i keep reading "use the search" as the first reply to a thread. I've used the search a fair bit and sometimes it's helpful and sometimes not so. Things change all the time, and if you are after advice on something or researching a potential purchase there are always new products being released and new companies being recommended, Or if you're trying to find out how to remove something from your car, it's quite possible that someone could now be more helpful than previous posts. People that say "i get sick of answering the same questions all the time"... it's quite simple, don't answer them, click the back button and go read something else.
  10. I was in Enfield on monday night crashing at my mates, he's just moved down there and is currently looking for work He has worked in office environments mainly doing purchase and addmin etc. He's not that clued up on modded cars, but has a good attitude towards work so maybe he'll fit in somewhere? Shall i give him your details?

I've just read through some more old posts, and it really is tricky to get an idea. Someone really rates something, then you read somewhere else that it's rubbish. Those Falkens are way cheaper than most though. Found tham here for £88 each, http://www.camskill.co.uk/products.php?plid=m4b0s321p6210 But it says 94Y at the end. Does this mean they are Y rated as opposed to Z?

    Dunlop SP9000?

Yeah i did a few searches earlier, but from what i read the Falkens weren't very good Horses for courses i suppose, everyone seems to have their own opinion.

    Dunlop SP9000?

Yeah, i need them for the rears on uk 17"s. They're very well priced against most other options like Potenzas etc. The Michelin pilot sports seem quite pricey, and i heard the mileage is not so good?
