I'd guess what he saw confirmed that he was dead!! //edit, in fact, the youtube vid is cut, so you just see the aftermath where there must have been a fire in the other car. Guest broncojohn Posted December 11, 2007 Share Posted December 11, 2007 Very very sad indeed. There was a short interview with one of the first cops to arrive on the scene of the accident. It was on one of the local news channels I believe, I'm not sure which one but I will try and dig it up. The cop pretty much said he was horrified and overly nervous to look inside of the supra. Pretty much stating that he feared the worst. Many of the police that were the first ones on the scene were very torn up and physically upset. I have heard rumors that the man in the Altima shot himself, thus he swerved over. As I look at the footage though, it seems that it was a very gradual and controlled head on collision, which makes me think he didn't want to go out alone. I like living in the United States but we are out of control with this stuff. I mean on the same day as this happened a teenager went inside of a mall in Omaha, Nebraska; opened fire and killed 8 people and injured others. I just don't know whats wrong with people these days. If I was gonna do it I'd want to make sure I went, people have hit lampposts and survived, hitting an oncoming car effectively doubles your speed, I'd have chosen an artic. though probably (well I wouldn't do it in the first place obviously).
