Cheers Rob i needed to melt the seal to open them up, they looked nasty!! you can see in the picture all the chrome peelin.. and the lenses wasnt in the best of conditions, so i rubbed em down with some wet n dry then used some clear vision plastic scratch remover which is normally used for the windows on planes!!! good stuff.
