JustGav
[RANT] What is it with customer service with technology companies... Phoned up to get additional channels added (namely NASN), apparently it takes 24 hours. Can anybody explain to me WHY it takes 24 hours for things to happen... These are digital boxes and it happens immediately..or do they just add the delay factor to annoy customers... Mobile phone companies are the same, features taking 24 hours to get added... All the helpdesk monkey has to do is update some settings... [/RANT]
