It is BRAND NEW bocked with all bits sealed and instruction manaul/solenoid/loom etc. It is the spec r version which is rated for 2.5 bar boost pressure and has 4 channels/limiter/warning/scramble boost etc. Full details are on blitz uk website and is priced at £365 ish + del.
