marbleapple
I hate the things.... I think they come inside because it is getting colder at night and ii is warmer inside (no joke). I plan to try insulate the house better because I hate them too....
AndrewOW
You bunch of wussies! I should've taken a photo of the house spider I picked up yesterday here at work, cos no one wanted to get near it! It was the biggest of the year so far. I could see its fangs and its eyes peeking at me. I put it in the Unit next door to ours. Luckily its empty at the mo. Arachnaphobia come next spring though! Sted
I have two recomendations for you as my wife is terrified of spiders. Firstly and most advanced is a "spider sucker type thing" her mum got her from the Lakeland catalogue. It's a long tube with a hoover type device attached so you just suck them up the tube and then put the stopper provided in the end. She loves it. Otherwise if you don't want to get too close HAIRSPRAY. Not ways of preventing them but it stops the little buggers!!

wrenlea
Resistance is futile........ There are 26,000 million insects living in every square mile of habitable land on Earth. As spiders eat flies, wasps etc they should be encouraged, not harmed! Spiders are the only thing our dog will not eat as one bit her in the mouth once
