redtwinturbo Posted September 1, 2007 Share Posted September 1, 2007 I just tried to remove the stock BOV and as soon as I started to remove the two big hoses, they cracked and split. SupraAyf Posted September 1, 2007 Share Posted September 1, 2007 James, some of the hoses in the Supe's have seen better days so spilts and rips do tend to happen quite often; hence the number of threads on here where people can't find a particular boost pressure hose that has split etc. Just as a matter of interest but why were you removing them mate? Lol boredom had struck and I saw that thread about venting the stock BOV to atmosphere and thought if it only took 5 mins I would give it a whirl. That will teach me to be a Don't worry mucca, I have a near-on mint/new set in my garage if you want them. The only problem is the time it will take for them to get to you. A bit of duck tape on the pipes will suffice for now and if you don't boot it then that will be good also.
