Sean1933
Hi all, I know there is alot of tyre questions been asked before but I couldnt find a definitive answer so.... I currently have 275/40/18 tyres on the rears which are going to need changing soon. I have been looking about for tyres and wondered what sizes I could get under the standard rears. Normally I would just go for 275/35/18 but I have found some clearance Toyo T1-S for half the price of what they retailed at…only problem is they are 295/35/18…so will they fit under standard rear arches? Thorin
Assuming stock ride height and offsets are ok then yes 295's should fit fine.

As long as you don't go too much lower you may still be ok but may need the inner wheel arch lip trimming/rolling back. http://www.kulthea.net/fitment.xls is useful and pretty accurate for safe sizes. Had to grind about 7mm off of mine with the 295`s on it as it was very low, but make sure if you grind it that you smooth and paint over the bare metal to avoid the rust:)
Sean1933
Cheers mate. Think i will probably go for a 265, poss 275 (as i have now) as numerous people in the know say it will be over tyred.
