So here it goes.

I get this lady in my shop. She buys a very nice £150 canon printer and the spec says it will run on her 98 pc (Steam powered). So she takes it and the next day we get a call to say that she cant install it and that she wants a refund... um "That won't be happening i said". So after an hour of talking it through over the phone we agreed that she would bring it in and i'll install it.

It was the bloody usb ports on her pc. They were broken. So i installed another usb card and funny enough after abit of tinkering (98 hates usb) it was all working. I called her and explained what was needed and she complained that she couldn't aford to fix the computer to make the printer work... FFS... You just spent £150 and a 6 ink super duper photo printer and you cant afford a £15 usb card...

Moral of the story....

If you cant afford to run and maintain a computer.. DONT BUY A FRIGGING COMPUTER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!

rant over.

Morals of the story

1 - If you work in customer serving jobs, the customer is always right

2 - Call the customer to confirm any charges BEFORE carrying out the work ;)

1- Sorry i didnt mention that i did call her before the work was carried out.

2 - And the customers are never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever right. POINT!
